The BCBA is responsible for evaluation, creation, and implementation of ABA Therapy plans, accurate and reliable data collection, consultation, and training with family and staff. The BCBA will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain therapy plans that address all behavioral and skill acquisition needs of the clients.
The BCBA is responsible to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, have the ability to read, analyze and responds to inquiries or complaints from clients and effectively presents information to top management.

Job Description
Conduct initial evaluation to determine appropriate programming, frequency and therapy plan.
Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; long range goals, short range objectives, activities related to these objectives and an evaluation of progress toward these objectives.
Evaluate and prepare required reports as dictated by insurance parties per request from parents/guardians.
Arrange parent meetings to maintain communication and training with the family.
Maintain a minimum 10% direct supervision and a minimum 10% indirect supervision per week for each client.
Clinical Supervisory Responsibilities
Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy, while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct patience care provided.
Completion of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports.
Qualifications
National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master's Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
Completion of eight (8) hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards preferred.
Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Provide 1:1 therapy to young children, early and older elementary school-aged students in a variety of settings, including the clinic, office, home, community, and via telehealth focusing on instruction in the naturalistic environment.
Keep children engaged in motivating, naturalistic, intensive therapy throughout the treatment session.
Collect data daily during all treatment sessions.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and respond appropriately to all challenging behaviors.
Monitor student progress and collaborate with the lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make modifications to instruction, programming, or behavior plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide uniform, high-quality treatment.
Attend monthly team meetings for all clients.

2+ years working with children with disabilities, providing either ABA therapy or special education services as a teaching assistant, therapist or teacher.
A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, communication disorders, special education, behavior analysis or a related field.

A love of learning and teaching and a desire to improve your practice.

Qualifications:
You have a High School Diploma or GED completed
You have at least 6 months of paid or volunteer working experience with children, have been in a volunteer program with kids, or have ABA experience.
You have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech-savvy.
Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!
You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.
You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional.
Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Job DescriptionDescription:
The purpose of the Behavioral Health Technician is to assist in providing a safe environment for individuals. The BHT answers clients' questions and assist in adjusting program routine, report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition. The BHT is responsible for supervising clients during the program with emphasis on client safety and wellbeing.
Essential Duties:
Records inventory log of all personal belongings, valuables and return ticket. Tickets and valuables to be kept in the safe.
Completes required lab requisitions per protocol
Monitor clients at all times to include specific rounds and logging clients' whereabouts
De-escalates AMA and other client problems
Participate in all staff meetings as scheduled
Ensure garbage is disposed of properly throughout the shifts as needed
Monitors group room to ensure cleanliness after each activity
Hands off information necessary for next shift technician after each shift. Maintains logbook for the continuity of care. Participates in shift turnover and ensures that the next shift is aware of pertinent information as it relates to clients
Attend required staff training
Supervise clients completing the Program with emphasis on safety and well-being
Remind clients of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions immediately
Provide emotional support for clients while referring them to therapy staff to address clinical issues
Complete assigned paperwork in a neat, timely and accurate manner
Communicate with other staff as necessary to promote quality client care
Participate in maintaining clean, properly supplied and efficient work areas
Observe and report safety and maintenance problems
Interact appropriately with clients, showing respect while maintaining boundaries
Maintain a professional demeanor
Exercise sound professional judgement and seek assistance as necessary to effectively manage client behavior to include but not limited to suicidal concerns, issues of trauma
Protect privacy of all client information in accordance with facility privacy policies and procedures
Transport clients as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED preferred
Experience working in substance abuse and/or mental health preferred
Valid state driving license with no major violations in past five (5) years

Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Work Environment:
This position is required to work in a temperature-controlled environment 80%-90% of the time spent indoors. Potential exposure to violent situations. Potential exposure to airborne/blood-borne pathogens or other potentially infectious materials. Standing, walking, bending, stoop/kneel, reaching, pushing.
