Be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by helping to proactively manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
Collaborate with sales team to ensure total department symbiosis and ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care ensuring the health and well-being of residents. Minimum Qualifications:
Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient education and advocacy.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities:
