Objective of Position:
The Client Onboarding Governance Manager serves as the central owner of Byline's client onboarding framework, bridging Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) requirements with business units across the organization. This role ensures consistency, quality, and compliance by standardizing onboarding workflows, strengthening Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) controls, and integrating customer data into enterprise systems.
By leading quality control reviews, developing targeted training programs, and driving system and process improvements, this role mitigates compliance risk, supports sustainable transaction monitoring, and enhances the customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the centralized owner of client onboarding across all lines of business.
* Build strong partnerships with front-line teams to align onboarding practices with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
* Act as a liaison between BSA/AML, Operations, and business units to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Design and implement standardized onboarding templates, questionnaires, and documentation aligned with Customer Identification Program (CIP) / Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
* Establish controls to ensure consistent capture of foundational information (e.g., valid SSN, Beneficial Ownership documentation).
* Collaborate with Information Technology to leverage automation tools and eliminate manual inefficiencies.
* Support integration of onboarding data into centralized BSA/AML systems for consolidated customer views.
* Conduct and manage quality control reviews of onboarding activity across business units, identifying gaps, exceptions, and trends.
* Enhance Customer Risk Ratings by ensuring complete customer data flows into BSA/AML systems for accurate risk aggregation.
* Develop and deliver ongoing training tailored to front-line staff, with emphasis on CIP, Beneficial Ownership, and KYC expectations.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in information systems, risk management, or related field preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in BSA/AML, retail banking, onboarding, or operational risk roles within financial services.
* Deep understanding of CIP, CDD, KYC, Beneficial Ownership, and transaction monitoring requirements.
* Proven experience in process improvement, data integration, and workflow standardization.
* Familiarity with AML systems and CRM platforms preferred.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
* Be self-motivated and an effective time and project manager with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to research issues and suggest uses of the information to resolve problems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to work with confidential information.

**Objective of Position** :
The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Creative Services/Marketing Operations team, responsible for producing visually compelling creative that aligns with our brand and supports growth strategies across all lines of business (LOB). **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related degree (preferred).
+ 7+ years of experience in Creative Services and/or Graphic Design, working in a fast-paced, matrixed, in-house creative team or agency environment.

**Objective of Position** :
The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting the onboarding business customers on various Treasury Management systems and providing a variety of daily support functions. Responsibilities generally include, assists in setting up customers on products, researching and resolving customer issues, identifying, and troubleshooting systems-related problems and ensuring operational integrity of accounts and processes consistent with Bank policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:**

Objective of Position:

Objective of Position:
The BSA Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the bank's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and related laws. This position is responsible for conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews of high-risk customers, investigating and analyzing complex financial activity, and making informed decisions on BSA-related alerts and cases. * Primary responsibility will be reviewing high-risk customer types and high-risk accounts identified via customer risk rating system, transaction monitoring, and other sources to determine whether the assigned customer risk profile remains accurate.
* Support onboarding reviews of high-risk clients, including Third-Party Payment Processors, cryptocurrency-related businesses, Fintechs, and Sponsorship Banking Partners. This will include but is not limited to reviewing and evaluating CDD documentation, AML Programs and AML Independent Reviews.
* Reviews case management software to investigate and disposition alerts and cases as required, including unusual activity escalated through internal channels.
* Analyzes complex financial information, including customer account activity, business type, structure, etc. to arrive at concise written analyses for potential financial.
* Complete Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Suspicious Activity Investigation Reports (SAIRs) and perform SAR follow-up reviews.

* Understands and complies with applicable laws and regulations and the bank's BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance Program, as applicable to job duties.

* Assist with 314b requests and bi-weekly review of 314a reports.

The Client Onboarding Governance Manager serves as the central owner of Byline's client onboarding framework, bridging Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) requirements with business units across the organization. This role ensures consistency, quality, and compliance by standardizing onboarding workflows, strengthening Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) controls, and integrating customer data into enterprise systems.
By leading quality control reviews, developing targeted training programs, and driving system and process improvements, this role mitigates compliance risk, supports sustainable transaction monitoring, and enhances the customer experience.
**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
+ Serve as the centralized owner of client onboarding across all lines of business.
+ Build strong partnerships with front-line teams to align onboarding practices with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
+ Act as a liaison between BSA/AML, Operations, and business units to ensure seamless collaboration.
+ Design and implement standardized onboarding templates, questionnaires, and documentation aligned with Customer Identification Program (CIP) / Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
+ Establish controls to ensure consistent capture of foundational information (e.g., valid SSN, Beneficial Ownership documentation).
+ Collaborate with Information Technology to leverage automation tools and eliminate manual inefficiencies.
+ Support integration of onboarding data into centralized BSA/AML systems for consolidated customer views.
+ Conduct and manage quality control reviews of onboarding activity across business units, identifying gaps, exceptions, and trends.
+ Enhance Customer Risk Ratings by ensuring complete customer data flows into BSA/AML systems for accurate risk aggregation.
+ Develop and deliver ongoing training tailored to front-line staff, with emphasis on CIP, Beneficial Ownership, and KYC expectations.

**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree in information systems, risk management, or related field preferred.
+ 7+ years of experience in BSA/AML, retail banking, onboarding, or operational risk roles within financial services.

+ Proven experience in process improvement, data integration, and workflow standardization.

**Objective of Position** :
The Senior Universal Banker (Sr. UB) is responsible for coordinating the activities of Tellers and Universal Bankers while collaborating to identify needs and explain products/services with the goal of converting service opportunities into sales events. The Sr. UB performs a complete range of services for customers including processing transactions, opening/closing accounts, responding to inquiries, and assisting the team with functions relative to the daily operations of the Branch. This role supports complex transactions and sensitive client concerns while administering and explaining policies and procedures.
The Sr. UB is expected to periodically travel to other branch locations to support staffing coverage. A professional image as outlined in the Byline Bank Employee Handbook is required.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
_Staff Leadership_
+ Assists staff with scheduling, assigning work, answering questions, and problem resolution.
+ Identifies coaching opportunities for direct reports.
+ Identifies training needs of the Teller and Universal Banking staff.
+ Demonstrates a proficient ability to delegate duties and assignments.
+ Ensures Tellers properly use and follow guidelines outlined in the BYB Teller Training Manual.
+ Actively participates in Branch meetings and speaks on assorted topics.
+ Assists staff in recognizing and facilitating cross-selling opportunities.
+ Leads by example by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and adhering to all policies and procedures.
+ Demonstrates and encourages open communication with staff.
_Sales & Service_
+ Coaches staff to achieve assigned production goals.
+ Demonstrates the ability to work towards meeting customer service and sales expectations/standards.
+ Maintains positive interpersonal relationships with customers and employees.
+ Recognizes and facilitates cross-selling opportunities.
+ Opens and services accounts and identifies cross-selling opportunities for new and existing customers.
+ Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business by promoting services and products, with the goal of expanding relationships and bank profitability.
+ Displays exceptional customer service and sales skills and maintain a professional attitude.
+ Maintains accuracy and compliance in all account documentation.
_Operational Responsibilities_
+ Participates in the weekly scheduling of Tellers and Universal Bankers.
+ Ensures proper coverage for adherence to dual control.
+ Completes the monthly branch certification to recap audits, teller differences and Teller Line operational duties in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Maintains ample levels of supplies and utilizes the proper order forms when requisitioning supplies.
+ Ensures Tellers/Universal Bankers balance out at drawer limits daily, per Bank policy.
+ Ensures that all bank policies pertaining to monies and balancing are strictly and continually adhered to.
+ Establishes clear and on-going communication with management.
+ Minimizes risk of losses, including cash differences and other controllable losses.
+ Maintains current knowledge of all Federal and State laws and regulations, along with the Bank's policies and procedures.
+ Processes Teller transactions in an accurate and timely manner (e.g. deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing, negotiable purchasing, etc.).
+ Processes and validates accuracy of coin and currency amounts related to incoming and outgoing cash shipments.
+ Makes sound judgments regarding customer service and risk to the bank, effectively balancing both. Understands when to escalate a problem or situation to management for resolution.
+ Continues to look for ways in which to complete tasks and duties in an efficient, cost-effective, and productive manner, without sacrificing excellent customer service.
+ Keeps abreast of competitor products, services, and current promotions.
+ All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications** :
+ High School Degree or GED required.
+ 3+ years of experience in a banking environment.
+ 1+ years of experience as a Teller, Personal Banker or Universal Banker is a plus.
+ Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
+ Team player with a strong desire to learn, exercise good leadership skills, independent judgment, discretionary thinking, creativity and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
+ Working knowledge of banking regulatory requirements.
+ Knowledgeable about a wide variety of retail bank products and administrative support
+ Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate, and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The anticipated hourly range for the position is $25.00 to $37.01.
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days a week in office
Objective of Position: The Credit Analyst I is responsible for preparing prospective and current client credit files for review and approval upon receipt of a credit request/application.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Runs Credit Bureaus, and OFAC reports.
* Provides timely communications & decisions making to sales reps/teams.
* Helps perform commercial credit analysis by reviewing items including, but not limited to credit reports, personal and business financial statements and tax returns, appraisals, property inspections and environmental reports to complete loan presentations for approval consideration by the appropriate approval authority.
* Helps prepare and analyzes spreads of a company's financial statements to determine overall credit strengths and weakness of potential commercial credit customers. Analysis includes, but is not limited to debt-service ratio, current assets ratio, leverage ratios, cash flow analysis, fixed charge coverage.
* Research prospective clients, including but not limited to internet research, bank, and trade references.
* Independently review and decision client transactions that fall within the application only parameters.
* Prepares files that are being sold for syndication.
* Scans booked files and prepares final files.
* Updates credit on existing files.
* Assists other departments with their duties.
* Provides additional office support, including data entry, answering incoming calls, and filing.
* Assists with the preparation of the final funding reconciliation in Vendor Services.
* All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
* 1+ years of credit experience, ideally in a public company with at least 1,000 employees.

* Be self-motivated and an effective time and project manager with a strong attention to detail.
* Have strong change management, organizational and planning capabilities.
* Ability to identify, understand and define problems, evaluate alternatives, set priorities, manage projects and implement high quality solutions.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills and analytical skills with the ability to directly manage and communicate multiple projects and priorities depending on organizational needs and strategies.
* Possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
