As a recognized expert in your field, you'll work alongside our team of researchers, biostatisticians, analysts, and physicians to lead and advise on study design methodology, comparative effectiveness, pharmacoeconomic and pharmacoepidemiology studies, and health outcomes research with a primary focus in hematology/oncology. The Sr. RWE Research Director will also represent at industry conferences and research forums alongside pharmacy manufacturer experts, industry thought leaders and experienced physicians that will impact and shape the future of oncology practices. Key Responsibilities Develops the strategy and approach for proposals, protocols, statistical analysis plans Partners with study sponsors to identify and refine study concepts Manages multiple projects of varying scope and complexity Designs data requirements for studies based on feasibility estimates and available data Maintains all regulatory and compliance documents Works with data from multiple sources (including electronic health records and administrative claims) Researches and performs critical and statistical analysis of medical and scientific evidence as the basis for evaluation of cancer therapies Lead customer meetings to communicate study progress and results Analyzes data to answer questions posed by internal and external stakeholders Advises research teams on research methods and data quality Formats output of data analysis for customer readiness, including writing final reports and preparing presentations Provides training and mentorship to junior researchers; leads and presents scientific content at related meetings Partners with physicians, healthcare professionals, the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory authorities, and IT This description is general in nature and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
