Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ?

Client Relationship: Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationship. Aggregate and communicate operational and site needs.
Financial Performance: Responsible for driving the mark on all areas regarding food,
guest experience, safety, sanitation and financials of the business, consistent focus on
margin improvement. Forecast, plan, and execute budget set forth by the region.
Productivity: Ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the food
program and the optimal utilization of staff and resources. Innovating and developing a
leading team for future leaders in our business.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with Aramark SAFE food, occupational and
environmental safety polices in all operations. Comply with all applicable policies, rules
and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and
hour.

The Position

Major elements of the VP of HR's responsibilities include:
People & Culture Leadership
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, the executive management team, and the Board of Directors in setting strategic direction for the company. Provide insight on team, talent, culture, and wellbeing as we craft strategic plans and initiatives.
Champion a values-driven, inclusive culture that reflects the company's core values and models servant leadership at every level. Serve as a visible culture ambassador, internally and externally.
Lead the people, culture, and communications aspects of acquisition integrations, serving as the relationship manager for new team members and leaders.
HR Operations & Infrastructure
Lead the HR function, supporting a 24/7 operation across multiple sites. Oversee policies and programs, including onboarding, talent management and workforce planning, employee training and development, compensation, workers compensation, safety, performance management, wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion (including EEO/affirmative action).
Oversee HR-related risk (compliance, employee relations, ethics, workplace safety in partnership with Operations and Safety) and ensure that HR policies and practices reflect GEOTEK's values and protect its reputation.
Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and skills to anticipate talent needs and identify capability gaps, ensuring they are effectively planned for and addressed in support of organizational growth.

Participate in HR organizations, including SHRM, Enterprise MN, Granite Partners' HR Affinity, and Safety Committee as well as local Chambers of Commerce, United Way, and other organizations as applicable.
Candidate Profile
Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in all facets of human resources and business leadership in a successful, multi-site, manufacturing company with at least 6 years leading and developing other HR professionals and managers. The ideal candidate will be an out-front culture leader and change agent with experience in leading through the integration of mergers and acquisitions. Experience building and scaling HR organizations and capabilities in a fast-growing, multi-site environment is required.
The VP of HR brings comprehensive experience across the full HR lifecycle, from talent strategy and organizational development to total rewards, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent business acumen, financial aptitude, and interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to establish credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization. The ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, as well as proven facilitation skills and a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain poise in sensitive circumstances is essential. Experience with employment law and the application of programs and controls for proper administration, compliance, and effective mitigation of related risk is critical.
The successful candidate will possess a willingness to “roll up the sleeves” to accomplish business objectives and have the ability to work and lead effectively in a changing and growing environment. The candidate must be action-oriented, well organized, capable of influencing others, and, above all else, collaborative. This role demands exceptional judgment, precision, and follow-through, with the ability to operate independently while driving complex HR initiatives to completion. Advanced proficiency with HRIS and related analytics tools is essential.
This individual must have the ability to create collaborative relationships across the organization, including the ability to develop members of the broader team to be more effective in their roles. An interest in serving employees at all levels and experiencing their work and stories on a firsthand basis will inform the candidates work.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree and/or PHR or SPHR certification is considered a plus.
Locations
GEOTEK's headquarters is based in Stewartville, Minnesota, a small community located immediately south of Rochester near the Rochester International Airport. In addition to the Rochester area where this role is based, GEOTEK operates sites in Dallas, Georgia; Chester, Virginia; and Ogden, Utah. The role requires regular travel (up to 30-40%) to be present across sites.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary in the $220,000 to $260,000 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with an annual bonus and the opportunity to participate in long-term incentives, including a stock appreciation rights (SARs) program.

Job Responsibilities
Vessel Navigation & Operation
Operate the tour vessel safely and professionally in accordance with USCG regulations, marine laws, environmental guidelines, and company standards.
Navigate Glacier Bay's waters, including narrow channels, tidewater glacier areas, and wildlife-dense zones, using sound judgment and situational awareness.
Monitor weather, tides, wildlife activity, and sea conditions to adjust routes or timing as needed.
Maintain radio communications with NPS, dispatch, marine operations, and support vessels.
Safety Leadership
Serve as the top authority on board for all safety decisions and emergency procedures.
Conduct pre-departure safety briefings, crew drills, and safety equipment checks.

Model respectful stewardship of park resources, ensuring operations have minimal environmental impact.
Vessel Maintenance & Administration
Oversee the vessel's daily operational readiness, including logs, checklists, safety equipment, and mechanical checks.
Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain accurate voyage logs, passenger counts, fuel records, incident reports, and required documentation.
Support seasonal startup and shutdown operations, including equipment checks and regulatory inspections.
Oversee all vessel fueling operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental protection rules, and spill-prevention protocols.
Verify accurate and complete fuel logs and ensure crew are trained and compliant with fueling procedures.

Qualifications
U.S. Coast Guard Master's License appropriate for 50-ton vessel with Passenger Endorsement.

Strong leadership, communication, and situational awareness skills.
Excellent judgment and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of maritime safety, emergency procedures, and wildlife-viewing regulations.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods while navigating the vessel.

THE WORK:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Manages claims; identifies and resolves potential claims with subcontractors/suppliers.
Participates in project coordination meetings.
Ensures adherence to insurance, safety, labor relations, EEO and tax regulations.
Monitors and ensures quality control.
Works with Safety Director to ensure jobs have safe working conditions and safe work practices are in place.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with key owners and architects.
Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction Results.
Directs and ensures timely completion of project close-out activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry. Healthcare or T.I. experience needed.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Prolog or similar) and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Effective participation in team environment.
Bachelor's degree a plus but not required.
Strong emphasis on fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
Working Conditions:
Duties required physical abilities such as repetitive hand and finger motion, sitting, standing, walking, as well as extending hands and arms in work areas.

Job Responsibilities

Desired Qualities, Skills and Experience:
2+ years of supervisory experience in full cycle healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Has the experience monitoring a team to ensure that they're keeping up with the productivity for the day, and can help manage deadlines, is good at prioritizing their tasks, and who can also help improve KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and first pass acceptance.
High-level, well rounded RCM knowledge and understanding of billing, coding ethics, eligibility, denial management and workflows, making appeals and follow ups, and payer requirements.
Someone who can understand why claims are denied.
Preferably someone familiar with PPS wraparound payments, add-on codes, and modifier knowledge.
A CPC or equivalent coding certification is preferred but not limited to AAPC; RAHIMA or other accredited credentials are acceptable. Understands coding for multiple specialties.
Someone who isn't afraid to query providers, possibly meet with them if need be regarding their documentation.
Experience with Epic and eClinicalWorks.
