Sales agents work one on one with customers
No support from management, Mr. Tilker runs his company like the high school clicks, quick management change over. Not enough supply for customer. They don't pay bills to vendors and losses vendor accounts. Not competitive in pricing. Uses an old pos system.
No perks - no benefits
The leadership is unorganized and is akin to Trump - changes mind, don't have no real direction, keeps idiots as managers and have clicks.
Company culture can only change if they hire a management company to oversee the daily operations
They pay a low commission, and paid salary
Fine, nothing to complain about.
