Robert “Bob” Biesterfeld serves as the Chief Executive Officer of C.H. Robinson. With 20 years of experience, Bob has developed a deep passion for supply chain and logistics. His strategic vision and operational direction have been the driving force behind the company’s digital transformation efforts, accelerating the pace of innovation and technology deployment across the company’s platform. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer in May 2019, he held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, President of North American Surface Transportation, Vice President of Truckload, and Vice President of Robinson Fresh. He began his career with Robinson Fresh in 1999. Currently, Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), and as a trustee of the Winona State University Foundation. Bob graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Arts.

Ben Campbell is a Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at C. H. ROBINSON WORLDWIDE, INC. and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has worked as Attorney At Law at Rider Bennett, LLP. Ben studied at St John's University between 1983 and 1987 and Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Christopher attended Alma College.

Mr. John P. Wiehoff has been the Chief Executive Officer of CH Robinson Worldwide, Inc. since May 2002 and has been its President since December 1999. Mr. Wiehoff joined C. H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. in 1992 and served as its Senior Vice President since October 1998. He served in various positions with C. H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. including Chief Financial Officer from July 1998 to December 1999, Treasurer from August 1997 to June 1998 and Corporate Controller from 1992 to June 1998. He served as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen from 1984 to 1992. He has been the Chairman at CH Robinson Worldwide, Inc. since January 01, 2007 for C.H. Robinson Europe B.V. Mr. Wiehoff has been an Independent Director of Polaris Industries Inc. since July 26, 2007 and its Lead Director since January 2013. He has been a Director of CH Robinson Worldwide, Inc. since December 2001 for C.H. Robinson Europe B.V. and Donaldson Company, Inc. since July 25, 2003. Mr. Wiehoff graduated with a Bachelor of Science from St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota, in 1984 with degrees in Accounting and Political Science and obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in 1986.
