The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) team partners with oil and gas industry leaders to develop the organization's flagship event. THE OPPORTUNITY
Does working with a mission-based global organization and contributing to one of the largest tradeshow conferences in the world sound rewarding? As an OTC Event Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing multiple aspects of OTC operations in collaboration with the OTC team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position is responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a seamless event experience.
You bring at least 5 - 7 years of related experience, ideally working with large meetings and conventions with an average attendance exceeding 10,000. You are a strong communicator with the ability to provide detailed verbal and written exchange with members, outside vendors, and internal department staff. You balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of specific operational projects from start to finish, and ensure all activities remain within the approved financial scope.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE IN THIS ROLE
Manage, coordinate, or serve as a staff liaison for a multitude of activities:
VIP tours and visits with OTC Board members
Invitation list to the OTC Executive Lounge during show days
OTC Board of Directors Distinguished Achievement Awards
OTC Brasil Distinguished Achievement Awards.
The Emerging Leaders awards program to include developing the timeline, reviewing applications and coordinating the selection process with the selection committee
The Young Professionals Event which takes place during OTC
The annual January OTC Board of Directors meeting by working with OTC's housing vendor to source hotels, develop a schedule of events and source board activities, make off-site dinner reservations and serve as the hotel contact
The International Trade Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce to oversee the Trade Event Partnership Program and their participation at OTC
All logistics for the OTC Closing Reception - solicit raffle items, write event script, coordinate catering needs
Responsible for implementation of the following aspects of the Offshore Technology Conference, including, but not limited to: Catering, Staging Guide and Signage
Oversee the OTC internship program, including coordinating the OTC team's participation in the annual career fair, managing staff interviews and coordinating the day-to-day oversight of the intern, which is a temporary, part-time position from mid-February to mid-May
Make sound business decisions for assigned projects to ensure expense control, and develop post-event reports outlining budget reconciliation
Coordinate with internal SPE organizations in support of OTC planning and operations as required such as registration requirements and logistics
Provide input to marketing in the production of program materials for meetings, and proactively review the OTC website for marketing update purpose
Oversee the ordering and distribution of all promotional and sponsorship products used at OTC
Review, monitor, and provide feedback on OTC operations reports
Maintain good member and venue relationships to include follow up thank you letters as appropriate
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5-7years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Large conference event management experience is essential
Experience interacting with volunteer members in a professional setting is essential
Budget accountability as well as strong facilitation skills and previous work with committees are required
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is an advantage
Ability to travel a minimum of 5%; may include international travel
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work independently with little supervision
Proven ability to work in a team atmosphere with high levels of communication, both written and verbal
Adaptability and flexibility of assigned tasks is essential
Additional Attributes For Success In This Role
Ability to stand for extend periods of time and walk 4-5 miles a day for at least 10 days in a row during the OTC conference
Ability to work extended hours for 10 days straight which may vary depending on the requirements of the event

What you will do:

Manage state license renewals for providers licensed outside their home state, ensuring timely renewal before expiration dates.
Maintain updated provider credentials and documentation within internal systems.
Monitor provider files and alert leadership of any providers at risk of rescheduling due to missing credentials within two business days of scheduled visits.
Onboarding Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for providers during the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication from offer acceptance to the provider's first day in the field.
Coordinate onboarding logistics, including ordering clinical supplies, business cards, and name tags.
Partner with the Marketing Analyst to ensure provider bios are completed and updated in Salesforce.
Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Sales, and Operations to schedule orientation and training dates.
Organize and host virtual training sessions via Teams as needed.
Track onboarding progress using Asana and other reporting tools to ensure monthly capacity goals are met.
Identify onboarding delays and provide actionable solutions to maintain timelines.
Book travel accommodations (flights, hotels, transportation) for onboarding providers attending training sessions.
Maintain strong cross-departmental communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Assist in planning quarterly Chicago onboarding meetings for new providers.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in provider licensing, credentialing, or healthcare onboarding (required).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with systems such as Asana, Salesforce, and Teams.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide and document supervision in accordance with agency performance standards.
Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with standards of informed consent, maintenance of client rights, standards of confidentiality and are consistent with Agency procedures, licensing standards, standards of professional practice and funder requirements and other applicable regulations.
Maintain updated crisis worker expectations and enforce responsibilities of crisis workers.
Ensure there is an IM-CAT for every call in the State CRS system.
Ensure crisis worker notes are completed within program requirements.
Review crisis worker timesheets and as well as all required documents for each call logged. Forward timesheets to designated staff member for payroll completion.
Ensure all required notes are entered into Evolv.
Function as backup if needed during daytime regular business hours.
Participate in program management meetings upon request.
Act as 1st response to DCFS, SASS, CARES, and hospital concerns.
Coordinate monthly hospital meetings with crisis staff.
Provide crisis and assessment completion training for new staff.
Maintain knowledge of all current and required practices and procedures.
Assist with developing new program procedures in accordance with state practices, and contract guidelines.
Make sure gaps in the schedule are covered (Request back up as needed).
Answer Agency cell after hours (Flexible to be coordinated with Director/ 1 weekend a month proposed no calls)
Provide onsite backup to Intake Supervisor/Clinical Team lead during absences and coordinated time off.
Attend required State SASS meetings and to participate in scheduled conference calls.
Provide supervision and oversight of FSP/SFSP (Family Support Program/Specialized Family Support Program) programming and staff.
Requirements:
This position calls for a minimum of a master's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation, counseling, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or a related field.
The individual must possess a license in their respective discipline and be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA).
This position requires the use of a personal auto, valid driver's license and motor vehicle report acceptable to the agency's broker and verification of insurance.
This position also calls for an individual who has been cleared by the State of Illinois based upon a prior history of child abuse/neglect. In addition, the individual must clear a personal background review, fingerprinting, and criminal checks.
This position requires the individual demonstrate the experiences, beliefs, attitude, and awareness that indicate cultural sensitivity to the client population served.
This position requires the individual possess an understanding of evidence-informed practices, engagement strategies, boundary setting, concurrent documentation, working in a community setting, organizing, motivational interviewing, and family systems.

Position Overview:
This position reports to the Texas Regional Manager and must reside within the assigned region and work from the Ennis, TX office. The Regional Safety Coordinator will provide overall safety leadership, professional knowledge, and expertise for the ISO Services occupational and process safety program for the facilities/projects in their region. The position will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to ensure operational excellence regarding corporate standards and compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead operational excellence programs and initiatives for the region, including but not limited to occupational safety and process safety.
* Work with ISO Services Safety Manager to implement company-wide safety strategies.
* Work with Texas Regional Manager to determine jobsite risk. Assign safety responsibility for the jobsite. Add dedicated safety personnel to jobsites on fulltime or part-time basis as needed. This first dedicated jobsite safety professional will be the Regional Safety Coordinator.
* Work with HR, Texas Regional Manager, and ISO Services Safety Manager to recruit additional safety professionals as required.
* Lead Safety audit team (schedule audits, lead quarterly calls, prepare reports, track action items, lead audits).
* Work with field supervisors and project managers to promote project safety.
* Develop, implement, and maintain ISO Services safety guidelines, policies, processes, and procedures for all operating facilities/projects in the region (PSM, RMP, and non-regulated).
* Maintain close working relationships with field leaders to ensure that programs meet the intended requirements and promote the ISO Services philosophy.
* Develop and track appropriate safety KPl's (leading and lagging metrics) and communicate on a regular basis to management teams.
* Oversee incident management incident investigations to ensure correct categorization of actual and potential risks and share lessons learned for the assigned region.
* Organize and lead teams for safety assessments and coordinate compliance audits.
* Provide support for the Management of Change (MOC) program and perform Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR's) as necessary.
* Conduct site assessments of informal and formal variety, providing sharp technical and professional services to assigned site locations in a manner that ensures compliance and enhances EHS Management systems, developing a positive safety culture and function within ISO Services core values.
* Promote, track, and follow up on near-miss items with corrective actions.
* Oversees and assists in the development of job hazard analysis, lockout procedures, and confined space entry.
* Serve as a technical advisor and provide training and guidance to employees.
* Perform visits to customers' facilities/projects in all regions as necessary.
* Participate in monthly staff calls and share actionable items and activities.
* Participate in Corporate HSE training activities and communicate applicable information.
* Implement applicable best management practices to identify and mitigate hazards proactively.
* Attend conferences and training as needed to enhance knowledge of environmental, health, safety, security, and process safety requirements and industrial practices.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED: This is the basic entry-level requirement. An associate or bachelor's Degree Is preferred in fields such as occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental health, engineering, or related areas.
* Essential Certifications - OSHA Training - (1) OSHA 30-Hour Construction and (2) OSHA 500 (Construction Industry Trainer)
* Minimum Experience Requirements: A minimum of five years in safety, risk management, leadership, or a related field, as well as five years of experience in an industrial process plant environment (terminal/refinery/chemical operations or another relevant field)

Interns within the Research & Development department may be tasked with the following:
Manage data collection and interpretation to prepare effective, meaningful statistical evaluations, graphs, and tabulations within written and oral reports for accessibility by other internal departments, and external customers.
Use and maintain process simulation and modeling tools to support internal departments.
Due to the location of testing services, candidates for this position must have access to a vehicle throughout their term of employment (mileage reimbursement available).
Additional Potential Opportunities during Internship
Each intern may also have the opportunity for additional experience within Aqua-Aerobic Systems as time permits. Program Timing and Duration

SUMMARY

Essential Responsibilities:
1. 2. Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures apartments are in move-in ready condition and schedules any outstanding item to be addressed with the maintenance team.

Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results, develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follows the community's established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
4. Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs, using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, e-mail, and other websites), and following other community-specific marketing plans, drives, and special programs.
5. Uses the on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents.
6. Ensures that the community and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality by daily inspecting the marketing corridor and leasing tour, communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the community's maintenance team members, merchandising and ensuring a physically appealing show unit and/or model and amenities, and preparing the leasing office for daily leasing activities.

Qualifications

**What role you will play in our team**

Joining Process Innovation and Scale-Up with ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Company, you will be an integral technical contributor to process development and scale-up programs applying transport and fluid dynamics fundamentals and computational physics-based modeling skill sets to tackle process development, scale-up, and unit design problems critical to developing new process technologies from concept ideas to commercial scale deployment.
**What you will do**
+ Develop and apply fluid mechanics and transport phenomena models to guide the development and design of new process technologies with applications across ExxonMobil Business Divisions; Upstream Company, Product Solutions Company, and Low Carbon Solutions.
+ Work collaboratively as part of cross-discipline team of experts in experimentation (active materials development, pilot plants, cold-flow experimentation), process engineering and equipment design. Though the role will be modeling focused, some programs may also offer ability to do experimental work.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in topics related to CFD to research and process engineering community
+ Your success in this role requires an aptitude for and strong background in physics based modeling, particularly in the areas of fluid dynamics and transport phenomena, and a broad interest applying these skills to process development.
+ Many problems rely on strong base in chemical engineering unit operations - with a suitable academic/experience background, that can be developed through assignments on projects.
**About You**
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline with relevant thesis work
+ Demonstrated experience with:
+ Developing and applying models in area of fluid mechanics and transport, in areas such as multiphase modeling, granular flow, or combustion.
+ Computational languages: Transport modeling on platforms such as Ansys Fluent or OpenFOAM, MatLab, Python, C/C++ High performance computing
+ Strong ability and interest to work on applications driven abstract problems and develop creative out-of-the box solutions
+ Driven and self-motivated
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications/ Experience**
+ Development of Custom Models (Fluent UDFs, OpenFOAM)
+ Cold flow experimentation
+ Process scale-up experience understanding the impact of scale on unit operations/commercial-scale embodiment/design
+ Experience with hybrid modeling (i.e: PINNs, AI/ML)

Responsibilities
A typical day may include being part of a multi-discipline engineering team for major projects such as cooling water systems (pumps, motors, control systems, piping, heat exchangers) for existing or new power plants. Other days you may be leading simple design projects such as valve replacements or writing engineering reports (such as corrosion studies or pros and cons of different equipment). You will also:
Deliver High-Quality Engineering Documents: Prepare accurate and error-free drawings, sketches, calculations, and analyses that meet industry codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring client needs are met with precision
Adhere to Standards: Develop engineering documents in alignment with client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements while following established procedures, processes, and project directives

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent
10 years of prior experience in nuclear or power generation design of mechanical systems
Experience in one of the following industries required: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects
Nuclear Engineering Change qualifications from any site that can be transferred are preferred
10CFR50.59 Screen and / or Evaluation qualifications that can be transferred are preferred
Thermal-hydraulic and design modification experienced desired
Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of mechanical calculations
Proficient in Word and Excel
Good writing, presentation and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Candidates who have mentorship experience or a desire to mentor early to mid career engineers preferred
Must be able to get badged at a nuclear facility
Must be able to perform plant walkdowns
