Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Comply with all company Safety and Security policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.
Ensure equipment is operating properly and safely before use. Complete the required documentation to safely utilize the equipment. Report damaged equipment or damage to the facility to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.
Ensure products are handled safely and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
Provide outstanding service to our Customers. Ensure that orders are 100% filled and on time all of the time.
The product is received and shipped without error.
Ensure that finished products are used in rotation: First-In-First-Out. Label and return all products to designated locations.
Follow all Quality Procedures for the Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of Products.
Adhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.
Carry out daily activities with the Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet performance expectations as set by Management
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed, and that documentation is maintained and accurate. This includes an accurate and timely transfer of materials out of the warehouse facility.
Conduct accurate and timely inventories of raw products, finished products, packaging, materials, and supplies, reconciling physical inventory as required.
Participate in training and cross-training within other areas to utilize labor efficiently and to prevent downtime or disruption to operations.
Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required,

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ FED/OSHA, FMCSA, DOT, LADEQ, TCEQ, EPA, NRC, ATF compliance.
+ JSA training, development.
+ Near Miss/Hazard/Observation Report management.
+ Reporting, investigating, analyzing and documenting all HSE incidents, regulatory compliance incidents, and significant near misses.
+ Verify that corrective actions, as a result of incident investigations are documented and implemented.
+ Post-accident/incident Root-Cause Analysis
+ Analyze report findings for root causes to ascertain where improvements to practices, standards, procedures, or systems are warranted and to be used as a basis for further improvements.
+ Lead internal facility inspections.
+ Maintain Incident/Accident records
+ Implement policies, and enforce compliance
+ Develop/Provide company training programs
+ Assist in development of curriculum based on ISO, API and SEMS
+ Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.
**Education/Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
+ Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years HSE experience.
+ Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
**Knowledge/Skills/abilities:**
+ Knowledge of pertinent regulations including: OSHA, EPA, FMCSA, DOT, LADEQ, TCEQ
+ Knowledge competency and experience in HSE issues, procedures and processes.
+ Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
+ Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, internal or external.
+ Identifying problems and reviewing information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
+ Using logic and reasoning to identity the strengths, weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
+ Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely manner.
+ Collect research and analyze data.

Essential Duties:
Financial Modeling & Performance Analysis
* Analyze financial performance to explain variances from plan, prior periods, and forecast.
* Perform break-even, margin, and cost-structure analyses with area management to improve financial visibility and operational outcomes.
* Develop and maintain a formalized bid model template for evaluating proposals and conducting lookbacks to assess project performance.
* Prepare and present capital requests aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
Business Partnership & Decision Support
* Develop strong relationships with the Management team and act as the primary finance resource for operational, commercial, and strategic questions.
* Distribute and review monthly analytical reports with Domestic Area Managers, proactively addressing risks, opportunities, and performance concerns.
* Identify opportunities to improve returns through pricing adjustments, vendor management, and internal cost-control measures.
* Analyze potential growth opportunities in North America, including geographic expansion and new product offerings.
Reporting, Insights & Operational Excellence
* Develop and maintain standardized financial and operational reporting to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
* Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports that track revenue, costs, margins, customer trends, DSO, DIR, and operational performance.
* Analyze and distribute monthly DSO and DIR reports to area management teams with recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across ERP systems, planning tools, SharePoint, and reporting applications.
* Maintains accounting controls by preparing, updating and/or recommending policies and procedures.
* Prepare accounting entries as needed to ensure financial statements are reasonably stated
* Reinforce internal controls and compliance with accounting policies.
Requirements:
* EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
* EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years' experience in Finance
* LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities·:
Complete preventative maintenance on machinery
Perform minor repairs
Maintain a safe and productive workplace
Troubleshoot and/or repair facility, operations and portable equipment as defined by the company
Complete necessary documentation associated with the equipment maintenance program
Propose recommendations to improve the equipment
Required to travel and perform maintenance duties, as needed
On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled

Education/Experience:
