Skills and Other Requirements
Previous bartending experience required.

Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand weights and measurements.
Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items.
Ability to operate a keyboard & point of sale procedures to pre-check and order & close out a check.
Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for long periods of time.

Field Operations & Commissioning Support
Lead implementing O&M Contract obligations on performance reports.
Work closely with the Remote Operations Center (ROC) for the implementation of daily customer reports and updates.
Coordinate field operations and support the commissioning process for new solar PV, BESS plants and facilities.
Analyze system integrity and operational efficiency, underperformance issues for customer-owned assets.
Lead and support O&M analysis projects and assist corporate clients in implementing system and technology updates.
Technology & Trend Analysis
Conduct technology trend analysis related to utility-scale O&M and green energy control systems.
Facilitate technical feedback between Hanwha Convergence field teams and the R&D team at headquarters to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
Technical Marketing & Customer Interface
Support business development teams with data-driven insights related to customer O&M needs and expectations.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field preferred.

5+ years of experience in solar energy, BESS operations, technical analysis, or O&M coordination.
Familiarity with PV, BESS systems, commissioning processes, and performance analysis tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficient in Excel, project management tools, and data reporting platforms is a must.
Working knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety regulations (e.g., NERC CIP) is a plus.
Ability to interpret SCADA data, performance KPIs, and generate actionable insights from large data sets.

If you are selected as the Offshore Oiler, you will be working under the direction of the First Assistant Engineer and the Junior Engineer. The Oiler must have a good understanding of all Engine room machinery and auxiliary systems to assist in recognizing trends, assisting with plant operations and troubleshooting, and responding to casualties. The Oiler is required to participate in all drills and emergencies and to assist with the enforcement of rules, procedures, regulations, and pollution prevention. In addition, the Oiler performs routine maintenance and assists engineers with repairs of shipboard machinery and is also responsible for making good rounds of the equipment, recording pressure and temperature readings, and reporting any anomalies.

Job Summary
Polar Tankers Overview
Polar Tankers, a wholly owned subsidiary of ConocoPhillips, provides marine transportation for North Slope production, using five company-owned, double-hulled tankers in addition to chartering third-party vessels as necessary. The tankers deliver oil from Valdez, Alaska, to refineries primarily on the West Coast of the United States. The company operates five Endeavour-class tankers: Polar Endeavour, Polar Resolution, Polar Discovery, Polar Adventure and Polar Enterprise.

Cadet shipping programs are a phenomenal way for us to get to know each other! We'll offer you the same types of challenging assignments as our full-time hires. This program includes an orientation. Your supervisor will give you periodic performance appraisals and provide coaching and mentorship throughout your internship.

Development Opportunities
If you are selected for this role, you will receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments using the technical skills you have acquired in college.
The work will develop you technically and professionally and could involve personal interaction with both office and field employees.
Basic/Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
A minimum of 8 continuous weeks of availability for the internship
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marine Engineering, Marine Operations, Maritime Operations & Technology, or foreign equivalent
A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
Confirmed leadership ability

This position requires you to have a TWIC card (Transportation Workers Identification Card) to gain access to secure areas of Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) regulated facilities and vessels. Full Description:
Ranch Hand duties would include riding pastures to check for sick cattle, horses and other large animals. Assisting with doctoring sick animals as needed, fence repair, shredding, tree trimming and any other Ranch maintenance as needed per ranch manager.
Must be able to operate large equipment, mainly tractors and have knowledge of working cattle and horses.
Other helpful skills, would include, general knowledge about maintenance of machinery, safety of this machinery and welding skills.
Person must be self- motivated, responsible and someone who takes initiative and sees things that need to be taken care of and report them to the ranch manager; must be able to work well on your own and with a team. Physical requirements include ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and do a lot of walking, bending, and riding etc.

Supports the department performing various manual labor tasks to construct, maintain and restore natural gas well leases. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintains a clean and orderly work area to promote ease of access to equipment and safety for personnel at construction site on a daily basis. Collect construction debris and trash. Monitors cleanliness and functionality of tools and equipment.
* Works with other field employees to learn specific skill sets needed for promotions. Assists in the repair of equipment and machinery. Provides relief to others as needed. Operates light machinery and equipment as required.
* Performs general labor at construction site to include pipeline/flowline construction, production facility construction, meter run installation, repair leaks, remove and erect fences, install gates, dig and fill holes and trenches, set and dismantle forms, mix and pour concrete, assemble and disassemble wellhead equipment and pipe, paint equipment and structures.
