A Day In The Life
* Conduct Risk Review sessions to align regional, product, operations, and support teams for early strategy and approvals.
* Review and redline commercial documents with Legal and other functions to mitigate risks.
* Lead customer negotiations to ensure acceptable risk profiles for Strategic Business Units, coordinating with approvers and experts as needed.
* Manage the CommOps risk process, maintain consistent risk registers, and drive mitigation strategies across stakeholders.
* Guide Sales and tendering teams in proposal quality assurance, risk management, and order transition.
* Partner with Sales to develop strategies and create proposals that meet or exceed business objectives and financial KPIs.
* Ensure smooth handover of signed contracts to Order Management.
* Help design and standardize proposals; promote CRM tools for tracking team performance.
* Drive change management to optimize commercial processes, reduce cycle times and costs, improve service quality, and refine pricing strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SBU leaders to deliver effective commercial solutions.
* Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Operations Sr. Supervisor - Renewable Natural Gas to be responsible for assisting in the management of Suburban's RNG facilities in a safe and efficient manner. Serves as a facilitator in directing the work of facility management, shift operators, assistant operators, maintenance personnel, and third-party contractors on-site.
In this position you will work closely with the Suburban Facility Operations Manager to coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Responsibilities
Ensure all safety precautions are followed, all staff are participating in ongoing safety briefings and trainings, and all safety incidents are reported and thoroughly debriefed to avoid preventable safety incidents
Actively participates in the development of safety protocols
Ensures that staff is assigned to appropriate operational tasks and completes those tasks in an efficient, safe, and timely manner
Helps to evaluate and verify employee performance through review of completed work assignments
Aids in the identification of staff development and training needs, ensures that training is completed and that all staff are maintaining the proper level of competency for their assigned responsibilities
Prepare facility reports as requested
Works closely with the RNG Facility Manager to maintain open lines of communication regarding the facilities operations
Aid in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical issues with various equipment (i.e. various gas upgrade technologies, compressors, thermal oxidizer systems, heat exchanges, digesters, mixers, etc.)
Works closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager on developing preventative maintenance schedules
Monitor facility equipment to detect operating defects and faults and develop plans for corrective action
Communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
50% travel required

Qualifications
Four-year Operations Degree or equivalent in experience and education
Prior experience in (RNG) Renewable Natural Gas operation
Familiar with RNG facility operation concepts, practices, equipment mechanical functionality, and procedures attained through a minimum of 5-7 years of related technical and/or operational experience
Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage including MS Office

As Eos Field Service Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role for Eos' success of our field service execution. You will provide (site) leadership and guidance for commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining Eos' Energy storage systems in the field. Both domestically and internationally. You will provide onsite support independently or lead a field service team to accomplish assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large Eos energy systems. As a leader, you will set the tone on the job and is expected to foster a positive work experience for all who work on the team.
Organize and oversee the day-to-day workflow operations.
Support material management activities for all site activities.
Read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Provide guidance and direction with respect to the project quality and safety requirements.
Ensure Preventative Maintenance is completed on Eos energy systems, independently or leading teams.
On-site Point of Contact for customers, service partners, etc. Field escalation path for solving complex problems

Under the general direction of the Manager, the Lead Operations Implementation Specialist (internal title) provides power grid expertise to ensure operational preparedness and readiness for System Operations. Leads and facilitates change initiatives and projects that impact System Operators. Responsibilities may include requirements review and analysis, user interface design feedback and review, user acceptance criteria and testing, procedure development, review and maintenance, and training development and delivery. Leads cross functional teams to drive process improvement activities for operational readiness. Provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff as needed.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Represents the department and leads a wide variety of the most complex change initiatives that impact Power Grid Operations, including PMO related projects, transmission/generation changes, standards changes or business process changes. Applies subject matter expertise of System Operations to assess impacts on process, job tasks, procedures, technology systems, and the ISO's ability to meet reliability and tariff requirements. Oversees and facilitates development and review of user requirements, user-interface mock up and design, and user-acceptance testing.
* Drives operational procedure development to ensure Power Grid Operations usability and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensures periodic procedure review processes and works with the appropriate content owners and end users. Responsible for tracking changes and approvals as well as ensuring information on the internal operating procedures web site and databases are updated accurately and timely. Develops new procedures and incorporates them into the standard maintenance process. Provides input and expertise on more complex procedures outside of responsible area as required.
* Leads development and delivery of training to Power Grid Operations personnel based on assigned projects and areas of expertise. Ensures training complies with reliability and tariff standards. Follows the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) methodology and ensures compliance with the ADDIE process.
* Proactively identifies areas for improvement in the Power Grid Operations department and drives initiatives to support control room modernization, grid operator visualization improvements, process enhancements, etc. Responsible for leading department and cross functional process improvement activities. Acts as a champion for improvement and change for operational readiness and works closely with cross functional teams to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Provides guidance, sets daily work assignment priorities for staff as needed. Identifies staffing needs and mentors, coaches and trains staff to optimize the team. Provides feedback to management regarding staff performance in support of the performance evaluation process. May participate in department hiring activities such as interviewing and providing feedback on candidates' technical qualifications.
* May function as a Department Manager and is accountable to Manager for actions taken in Manager's absence. May be granted additional supervisory authority based on department needs and/or consistent with departmental succession planning
Qualifications
Level of Education and Discipline:
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training or experience in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
Amount of Experience:
Equivalent years of education and training, plus six (6) or more years related experience.
Certifications:
Professional Engineering preferred. Project Management (PMP) certification a plus.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing oversight of various trades performing work onsite
Leading and managing multiple crews on site.
Job walks, Estimating work, and Scheduling Crews.
Business development
Managing the Day-Day Activities of various trades
Acquiring talent, training team members
Using your strong management and interpersonal skills to represent the company in a professional manner.
Experience: At least 5 years of Field Operations and Leadership Experience and 5 years of Industrial Cleaning Experience.
