Adecent paycheck with the overtime.
Systematic nepotism & buddy work assignments, long hours, dirty and sometimes dangerous jobs situations, equipment not regularly maintenanced, sometimes in poor condition.
Overtime
The good ones are real professional
Make it more about what you know and how much experience you have.
There was not much preparation, as I had experience in private & public service.
Low to average for the type of work required and conditions.
Within C&K there was no diversity, but they utilized a sub-contractor that was primarily different backgrounds and races, that did most of the labor.
Doing a worthwhile important job in a team work environment that was adequately compensated.
