Job Description Overaa is looking for a highly capable and experienced Procore Implementation Manager to help us organize, customize, and implement Procore project management across the organization. The position will also be part of a team responsible for enhancing business analytics and reporting capabilities. The Implementation Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work collaboratively with many departments and teams at Overaa including IT and our Learning + Development Manager to improve and optimize the usage of Procore software across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the lead manager and primary point of contact for the implementation of Procore software across all Overaa projects. Ensure standardized processes, customized software configurations, and optimal system performance across the organization's use of Procore. Help develop and update SOPs to support our end users in Procore. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, Operations, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Learning + Development Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive company-wide training programs for Procore users. Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and expert guidance to internal users, addressing system-related questions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist in the administration of Procore's Project Management modules, including configuration, maintenance, and user management. Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within the Procore platform and externally to enhance project visibility and support data-driven decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with all Procore software, including rollout and implementation, is essential. Technical proficiency in all facets of Procore administration. Bachelor's degree in computer science, construction management, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in the construction industry is required. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Broad knowledge of dashboards and custom reporting tools.
