Overall Responsibilities and Authority Reports to the General Superintendent for personnel and production matters. Reports to the Project Manager for project business including project strategy, contractual issues, scheduling and execution of the work. Responsible for enforcing jobsite safety program. Responsible for determining the most efficient and productive methods for sequencing work and meeting production goals and schedule milestones. Responsible for directing, supervising, coaching and mentoring project foremen and field crews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred but not required. 5 years of relevant project experience in scheduling, ordering materials, field supervision, quality control, safety and production of all phases of construction. Organized with a systematic approach to achieve accuracy and efficiency. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities. Communicate effectively with coworkers and project stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word is required. Knowledge of Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Primavera, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint project manager software is a plus. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Knowledgeable in Storm Water Pollution Prevention, LEED, and material reuse is a plus. This does not include bonus compensation or other benefits such as health, disability, life, retirement, or other benefits which may impact total compensation. The actual offered salary to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to skill set, experience, education, qualifications, and location. This salary range is subject to future modification.
