We are hiring immediately for full time Warehouse Associates to load and unload products by hand and with the assistance of forklift and other powered vehicles from trailers and containers storage locations in our fast-paced Distribution & Fulfillment Center. As an Inventory Control Supervisor you will monitor warehouse inventory and performs cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and reflective of reported inventory. Maintains inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers. Implements production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieves the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Lead Controls Specialist will be responsible for the integration of controls or control systems into existing or new compressed air system customers. The Lead Controls Specialist will be required to work with the ACF Sales and Service teams on control projects from design to implementation. The Lead Controls Specialist will be required to also work with the customer or end user on installation and implementation of quoted controls or control systems during the startup. Essential Job Functions - Perform technical skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of compressed air system controls and control systems - Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of compressed air systems controls and control systems both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends, and holidays as directed - Perform scheduled repairs of compressed air systems controls and control systems - System control installation and commissioning - Versed in controllers for both IR product line and competitive lines. - Read and interpret operational manuals, electrical schematics, general compressed air equipment literature, and work orders to perform required maintenance and/or repairs on controls and control systems - Perform basic mathematical calculations; including but not limited to, totaling work orders and basic compressed air formulas - Perform systems controls evaluations including in-field analysis and recommendations - Application assistance to Sales team during sales process - Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties - Detect faulty operations, defective material and report them and any other unusual situations to the Sales Manager and or Service Manager in a timely manner - Comply with safety regulations. Job Description2nd Shift Stock Receiving Handler Monday-Friday/Saturday and Sunday are as needed $18/hr'2:30pm-10:30pmThis primary function of this position is to receive, unload and verify materials and supplies delivered to the facility and transport to the staging area. At start of shift check work orders, materials and supplies available for the scheduled work. Dock lock trailers and manually place dock plate on trailers as required. Unload trailers of incoming materials and supplies with a forklift, walkie-rider or pallet jack. Unload trailers of floor loaded cases by hand (10-30 lbs/ up to 3000 cases) onto pallets as instructed. Perform count check of incoming items and verify against the bill of laden. Perform damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy. Arrange pallets and cases of stock items and transport to the staging area with a forklift, walkie-rider or pallet jack as needed. Re-stack items on pallets, inspect packaging and secure as needed. Re-load of trailers with pallets according to work order specification and shipping schedule. Complete all related paperwork. Change forklift/pallet jack batteries with battery changing equipment. Perform general housekeeping duties regarding tools and equipment and in work area as needed. In this role, you will help ensure accurate inventory records by analyzing transactions, identifying discrepancies, and supporting efficient material flow across our distribution operations. Shift Time: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday In This Role Analyze inventory transactions and material flow to identify and resolve discrepancies Follow processes for inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate records Conduct daily inventory checks and physical inventories to keep product tracking up-to-date Troubleshoot and quickly resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptions Calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs to help make data-driven decisions Reconcile inventory variances using spreadsheet to ensure precise inventory management Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person 2+ years of experience with inventory control in a warehouse setting Raymond order picker experience required High school diploma or GED required Proficient with computers, including Excel and ERP systems Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in various units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance Willingness to work overtime as needed Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor - pieces that are all about creating space.
