What You'll Do As part of the Communities Delivery team, you will report to an Associate Director and work closely with leadership and client account teams. This role bridges project management and resource planning, driving efficiency and excellence across client engagements. You will support all aspects of resourcing across our team (~70 people) and project management within several enterprise client account teams. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. Responsibilities Resourcing & Staffing (Communities Delivery) - 60% Partner with the Communities Delivery leadership team to staff client account teams. Solve staffing challenges across all client accounts, ensuring optimal allocation for clients, teams, and individuals. Align staffing with revenue goals, margin improvement strategies, and growth priorities (for both clients and individuals). Collaborate with the Growth team to plan staffing for new opportunities. Connect the dots between team communication and data, proactively anticipating next steps. Lead daily conversations with employees and leaders about staffing, career aspirations, skill sets, and feedback. Maintain accurate trackers for hours, budgets, and margins with exceptional attention to detail. Identify, test, and implement process improvements and new systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build a broad understanding of C Space's departments, work products, and ways of working. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support other strategic initiatives as defined by the Head of Client Services and Communities Delivery leadership. Oversee freelancer assignments, track budgets, and evaluate performance. Project Management (Communities Delivery Client Teams) - 40% Serve as a client-facing strategic partner to Account Leads, managing day-to-day operations as the person who “keeps the trains on schedule.” Oversee team coordination and resource allocation for client projects, ensuring profitability and high-quality delivery. Develop and manage project timelines and budgets. Support management of account scope and project pricing. Coordinate onboarding for new team members, including access to resources and training on workflows. Anticipate roadblocks and support project leads in proactively adjusting plans to meet client deadlines. Identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement in how the team collaborates internally and with other parts of the business (including client teams, sales, and operational partners). Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in project management, program management, or executive support within a professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and rigor in maintaining accurate, up-to-date data and documentation. Skilled at capturing comprehensive, actionable notes from live conversations. Strong verbal and written communication skills-clear, confident, and adaptable for different audiences, both internal and external. Ability to shift tone across contexts: casual, client-facing, and company-wide. High-touch communicator who provides timely, detailed updates and follows up consistently.
