What you'll do:
Manage your own book of business through prospecting & disciplined pipeline management
Drive the full sales cycle primarily through inside sales: make introductory calls, assess business goals through qualifying, and close the deal
Become an expert in Yelp's full suite of products: Yelp Reservations, Waitlist, Connect and Advertising, and understand the value proposition for each
Be knowledgeable of other restaurant solutions available in the market that help restaurant owners grow their business
Adapt product recommendations quickly to suit the client needs - asking probing questions and handling objections will be critical to your success
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
What it takes to succeed:
Hold a Bachelor's degree and/or 3 or more years of outbound sales experience selling SaaS solutions
Have experience with restaurant technology (reservation systems, waitlist systems, front-of-house mgmt tools) is a plus
Have excellent communication skills - no fear of the phone
Have general computer and email proficiency, experience with Salesforce is a plus
Have a positive attitude and a drive to win
Have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment

Account Executive - Enterprise Sales

This role is open to candidates in Virginia or Washington D.C.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for high-prospecting activity leading to direct B2B sales of transport, Internet, and dark fiber services. This position will largely focus on selling into on-net and lit buildings while identifying buildings that need to be included in the FiberLight network. The IAE is responsible for monthly quota attainment through revenue generation by selling FiberLight branded products. This role also includes Business Development, funnel management, account development, customer relations, and negotiation of terms and pricing.
Essential Job Functions
Leverage professional network of enterprise and mid-size customers, current client relationships, and prospect leads to develop new business opportunities.
Create sales plan.
Build opportunity funnel to meet/exceed sales quota.
Execute value selling to existing customer base and new prospects.
Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive customer retention.
Map client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers.

· Accelerate sales revenue by completing repeatable tasks in support of the sales function such as quoting, proposal development, forecast support and administrative activity.
· May be required to facilitate customer order requests for moves, adds, changes, and disconnects. Initiates orders and ensures that the orders have been completed in a timely and accurate manner to the customer's satisfaction.
· Data entry and reporting utilizing multiple internal systems and processes.
