The pros are that you meet great new people
Run away from this place. Hr and management will never defend you nor have your back at all. The pm is never there and he doesn't really know nor experienced working with the rrl project with i3. You are working as a subcontractors will i3. I3 treats you horrible, they will insult you, ask you fpr free overtime, and they will constantly tell you that you are stupid and don't know what you are doing. I3 will get upset if you ever ask a question. This project is constantly changing so you will have questions. If you ever reach out to your hr fornguidance or to protect you, a random "bad" evaluation will come out, even though you had previous goid evaluation. Then they will fire you anytime that they want.

They need to listen and protect their employees. They also need to follow their own rules and hr guidelines and not to pin one employee against another.
I researched the company about and in that moment their reviews were not bad.
It is below average. An instructional designer starts at 55,000, c2 was paying 42,000. While the employees and i3 that you were traning as a mentor or scrum lead were being paid 70,000 as a starting rate
There is no representation. Everything that they placed online is a lie. I was bullied and insulted due to my race. I went to hr and nothing happened
