Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. 10+ years of experience of progressive scope/impact/responsibility (including both hands-on and leadership roles) working with technologies. Proven track record for delivering varying initiatives and driving execution. Demonstrated experience and success in influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility. Demonstrated reasoning and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated in-depth and hands-on experience working with salesforce platform on configuration, customization (Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc.), integration, security, administration and other core features.
