I am one of the founding Principals at C3 Business Solutions. My experience includes: business application software implementations; planning and management of industry accounting and business operational processes; financial and operational strategic planning and forecasting; human resource management; computer user support and training; and project management.

I have full lifecycle experience implementing and supporting numerous Oracle EBS clients with traditional and/or Oracle Accelerate approaches. My high-level skills include project management, global business process design, requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, training and support. Depending on the formality of the process, I can lead process design sessions to drive the desired business process while conforming to EBS as the enabling tool. I am also hands-on with the software and team to implement the required solutions. Again, as the situation dictates, I am also experienced with prototyping the solution to work out any issues before taking the design/configuration to a full CRP. I have experience with business process improvements for post implemented users to drive optimal use of system functionality. Lastly I have maintained excellent financial reporting development skills using Oracle tools such as Discoverer, APEX, FSG’s, Business Analytics, and OBIEE.
