About the role
The primary role of the Project Delivery Specialist is to provide tactical management and leadership to core teams in order to ensure that project related tasks are completed in a timely fashion, so that project deliverables can be met. The position provides the Project Manager with timely project status
information and serves as the key operational interface between Medical Imaging Operations and Project Management.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management
− Use recommended portfolio, program, departmental, and project processes and workflows for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
− Monitor study progress and alert Project Manager and other involved study team members of any resourcing or timeline issues (e.g., review study status reports and perform recurring checks on data in the Perceptive database).

Project Monitoring & Reporting
− Regularly review the status of site qualification, image processing, result reporting, and query management across all supported projects, and follow up with the appliable internal groups as needed.
− Send independent review results for applicable projects.
− Monitor the status of the independent reviews and communicate status to the independent reviewers / Project Manager as necessary.
− Compile and distribute study report as needed. Verify the correctness of the reports and ensure they are distributed to the internal and external study team members as appropriate or filed in a collaboration area on a study specific portal.
− Identify any needs for additional or non-standard reporting and work with Project Manager or other study team members on the requirements.
Requirements Definition Management
− Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for small scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.
− Follows agreed standards to elicit and document detailed requirements using the most appropriate techniques.
− Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.
− Inputs to the requirements base-line. Investigates and processes and applies requests for changes to base-lined requirements.
Data Management
− Assist Project Manager in setting up data reconciliation as needed.
− Assist Project Manager in following up with the Data Management team or SciMed for creation/review of data quality monitoring outlier report as needed.
Reviewer and Case Assignment Management
− Send independent reviewer communications as needed.
− Support and/or perform case assignment for independent review act as liaison with 3rd party providers and/or consultants.
Relationship Management
− Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan.
− Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
− Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
− Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.

What's happening at Vay
First to roll out vehicles in both Europe and the USA on public roads without a human being inside & one of only two companies in the States operating a commercial driverless service.
We've partnered with Kodiak to bring remote-driving technology to autonomous trucks in the Bay Area, showcasing our ability to integrate our system into heavy-duty commercial vehicles and expand the applications of our tech across the US.
We've completed 10's of thousands of trips so far and are busy multiplying our Las Vegas fleet just to meet demand!

Why this role is exciting
Join the cutting edge of mobility tech as a Teledriver at Vay, where you'll be helping to redefine how people move through cities. This is your opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting and innovative autonomous driving projects in the world-right from the ground floor. Based out of our Las Vegas office (in-person, not remote), you'll help launch and shape the future of remote vehicle operation while working with a passionate and forward-thinking team. Plus, with a starting rate of $18/hr and potential to earn up to $25/hr, it's a rewarding role in more ways than one.

What you'll be driving
Remotely operate vehicles from a driving station to customers or within the local service area
Act as a Safety or Teledriver for vehicle testing, following set protocols
Deliver exceptional customer service in interactions with Vay users
Support engineering teams with data collection, feedback, and test reports
Pitch in with fleet and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and great user experiences
What are we looking for
A safe and responsible driver with a clean US license and at least 2 years of professional driving experience (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.)
Comfortable working morning shifts (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 5 days per week, in-office in Las Vegas)
Able to pass a drug test, including THC
Tech-savvy: ideally with gaming experience or high comfort with digital interfaces
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with a troubleshooting mindset
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Passionate about the future of autonomous vehicles and urban mobility

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Driver / Aide I to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting passengers to their destinations within a designated mileage radius from the operations center. The position ensures safe, timely, and professional transportation while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.

This role...
Operates vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Transports passengers to and from medical facilities or their homes in a timely and safe manner.
Provides physical assistance to passengers as needed, including pushing wheelchairs and helping passengers enter or exit the vehicle safely.
Navigates routes efficiently using maps or GPS, minimizing delays.
Conducts regular vehicle inspections, maintains cleanliness, and reports maintenance issues.
Completes mechanical checklists at the beginning of each shift and reports any problems to management.
Accurately completes and submits daily trip sheets for each transport.
Ensures all permits, licenses, and required documentation are current and compliant.
Delivers excellent customer service with professionalism at all times.
Handles routine issues independently, referring complex concerns to appropriate staff.
Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Adheres to all Federal, State, and Local vehicle safety regulations, including contract expectations.
Attends information systems security trainings and reports potential issues.
Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

High School Diploma required.

Valid driver's license appropriate to the vehicle type.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
Familiarity with local areas and ability to navigate using safe and efficient routes.
Excellent driving skills adaptable to various road and weather conditions.
Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and schedules.
Physical fitness and stamina to accommodate long hours of driving, when applicable.
Salary: $16.75/hr
