About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather (some markets may require deliveries to be made in the snow, while other markets require deliveries to be made in the summer heat) .
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.

Were seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals who can represent the K&L brand through our dynamic delivery service. In this position you will be responsible for delivering wine and spirits to our customers throughout NYC, and will assist in our fulfillment warehouse during lower volume periods. You will be the liaison between K&L and our delivery customers, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and during the correct time windows. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver orders to customers using a company vehicle
Follow designated routes and time schedules using a mobile device
Verify recipient's proof of age for every delivery
Provide courteous and consistent customer service
Pack and organize delivery orders
Load and unload vehicle safely
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
1+ years of professional delivery driving experience preferred
Previous experience in customer service or warehouse positions a plus
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Valid NY drivers license and a clean driving record
Detail oriented and organized
Must be able to work weekends
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to load, unload, and operate a hand truck
Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours each day
Ability to bend stoop, twist, and kneel frequently
Previous experience with Office 365, shipping software, warehouse technology, and handheld devices preferred
