Properly secures all merchandise during loading and transporting
Validates all deliveries with the customer. Obtain POD (Proof of Delivery) for each delivery
Pick up and accept merchandise returns and/or damages
Handle all deliveries for the day and return all delivery paper work to the supervisor at the end of the day or shift
Assists in warehouse and performs stocking, receiving tasks and the overall housekeeping of the warehouse
Ensure the accuracy of all receiving documents, matching forms (PO, packing slips, computer printouts) relative to receiving activities
Physically inspect the conditions of all merchandise being received
