Marvin Composites is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician for our extrusion plant in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll work to keep our newer equipment and facility systems running at their best. Your focus will be on preventive and predictive maintenance, along with troubleshooting and repairs when needed. You'll plan your work, coordinate with production teams, and take ownership of keeping operations efficient and reliable. Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Highlights of your role
• Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems• Identify root causes of issues and ensure thorough follow-up to prevent recurrence• Plan and prioritize work, coordinating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime• Order and manage parts as needed to maintain equipment reliability• Monitor and maintain facility systems to reduce scrap and improve overall performance

Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Otherwise, earns PTCB certification as condition of promotion to senior technician.
Attends training requested by Manager and acquires continuing education credits. Maintains knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments.
Basic Qualifications

Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

What You'll Do
As a Civil Engineering Technician, you'll support our engineering and surveying staff by preparing technical plans and documentation, including:
Conceptual and preliminary designs
Plan and profile sheets for street, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer projects
Grading and erosion control plans
Site layouts and cross sections
Detail drawings and topographic surveys
Boundary surveys and plats
What We're Looking For
Associate's degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (or equivalent)
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Non-Consecutive Overnight Routes (4 days per week): Start and end the 2 day route at the Aberdeen Warehouse. The first day will start with picking up the loaded trailer and spending significant drive time until reaching your first delivery. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers. The first day will tend to be a longer day. Will be put up for the night and receive $40 per diem for meals for each overnight stay. The next morning will finish deliveries and make the drive back to Aberdeen. There are two overnight route schedules as described below which average 40+ hours per wee

Monday: Longer day driving to remote location and making deliveries with overnight stay

Maintenance & Facility Supervisor
Do you have at least 3 years of diesel technical experience and leadership experience? Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues and make necessary repairs, adjustments or replacements.
Performing roadside repairs and adjustments
Performing routine housekeeping duties to ensure working location and equipment are in order and not pose safety hazards
Ensuring the safety devices on vehicles are in good order
Performing facility duties as necessary

Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to perform Sales and Marketing initiatives as directed by CWDs upper management. This will include the active soliciting of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts. This will include the marketing of all CWD programs along with the various related segments of business including, but not limited to C Stores and all Foodservice Commercial and Non-Commercial accounts. The responsibility also includes developing a profitable sales territory and working with operations to develop profitable delivery routes. The expectation will also be to work with accounts receivable for prompt and timely collections. The District Sales Consultant will report directly to their Regional Sales Leader, so that they can collectively develop a profitable territory for CWD.
Duties:
The duties will include daily travel whereby the District Sales Consultant will work directly with customers in the designated territory of responsibility. We will identify certain areas of priority and take an evergreen approach as we evaluate the growth and re-prioritize quarterly objectives. This also includes all segments of business and all product lines stocked by CWD. Also, as the business grows in the territory, it is expected we continue to grow our market share with new and present customers to build a relationship based on the value CWD will bring to the territory. The broader duty is to bring CWD to the area as a dominant broad line distributor that is known for its service and integrity. The idea is to lead customers to a company that is on the move and grows true partnerships.
