Key Responsibilities

* Conduct investigations and deep-dive analyses to determine root cause, scope, and impact of suspicious activity; document findings and support escalations as needed.
* Develop and maintain early-warning signals and risk frameworks across the full seller lifecycle (pre-onboarding, onboarding, post-onboarding monitoring).
* Partner with Data Science and Engineering to translate threat patterns into detection logic
* (models/heuristics), automation, dashboards, and tooling; help define and monitor performance metrics.
* Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Compliance, and Risk Oversight partners to support governance, consistent triage, and response processes.
* Create recurring and ad-hoc threat intelligence briefs summarizing trend shifts, emerging

* Drive continuous improvement by turning investigation outcomes into playbook enhancements, policy feedback, and tooling recommendations.
