*JOB SUMMARY:*
The Lead Cabin Apperance Agent is responsible for immediate oversight of the hub operation to ensure all performance goals are met.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Manage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughl
* Provide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as needed
* Work closely with Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly
* Effectively communicate with all hub services agents
* Ensure any injuries, incidents, accidents, and/or customer service issues are properly reported and processed
* Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
* Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times
* Perform other duties as assigned
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
* Must have a High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* The ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Experience working on a computer, tablet or smart phone
* The ability to confront a variety of problems and challenges with a calm demeaner
* Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
* Strong communication skills
* Must successfully complete all required training
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
* Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time, lift up to 70 lbs. and work outside in all types of weather and environmental conditions
* Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any airport or regulatory credentials necessary for the position
* Must have flexible schedule availability to cover a 24 hour per day 7 day per week operation including weekends and holidays as assigned
* Must pass a United Ground Express background check, drug test and fingerprint-based criminal history check and qualify to obtain any airport required certification.

Responsibilities for Cabin Agent
- Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories.
- Helps prepare the cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys, and lavatories.
- Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
- Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
- Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
- Marshal aircraft's during arrival and departures.
- Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Qualifications for Cabin Agent
- Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
- Eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs.
- Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
