The Warehouse Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Logistics group. Oversees team efforts to handle the inbound and outbound freight needs of products for all of the company's distribution centers, external customers and processors. Strives to minimize overall supply chain costs without compromising quality, reliability or service. Manages and supports inventory management and performance improvement projects. Serves as liaison between central and regional teams, ensuring coordination of demand signals and availability among distribution network tiers, including vendors, consolidation warehouses and distribution centers.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Provides day-to-day guidance and direction to assigned Supply Chain Logistics personnel.
Directs team efforts, including:
Tracking local ordering and fulfillment requirements
Monitoring inhouse warehousing and storage,
Working with third-party suppliers and transporters to organize and schedule deliveries,
Monitor truck planning and delivery,
Document and code products and delivery items,
Prepare periodic reports detailing actual versus expected deliveries and discrepancies.

What You'll Do
You'll take calls from customers who are considering downgrading or disconnecting, listening to their concerns and steering them toward solutions so that we can turn the corner on their experience with us.

Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is currently hiring an Onboarding and Learning Design Specialist to join our Learning and Performance Solutions (LAPS) team to support the rapid growth of the Company. The Onboarding and Learning Design Specialist is primarily responsible for the facilitation of Technician Orientation; plus other facilitative activities. The Onboarding and Learning Design Specialist also creates educational materials that supports and maximizes the learner experience. The Onboarding and Learning Design Specialist will ensure that learning activities reflect good practices in learning design and the use of educational technologies; including face-to-face delivery, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), action learning, eLearning courses, and animation technologies with a focus on incorporating a variety of media and learning methods to create an effective learning environment.
The position will report to the Senior Manager, Learning and Performance Solutions and will work closely with the dynamic Learning and Performance Solutions team and various functional leaders throughout the business.

DUTIES
Facilitation: creates, leads, and administers the weekly facilitation of customized onboarding materials in support of Technician Orientation (in-person and virtual) that welcomes, values, and empowers each new team member with the skills, knowledge, and resources to get up-to-speed quickly, maximize engagement, and increase team member retention
Ambassadorship: serves as the local subject matter expert for new team members to promote a healthy culture, answer questions, and provide support on internal tools, resources, and applications
Continuous Improvement: develops relationships with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Technician Orientation participants to incorporate feedback and build continuous quality improvements into the learner experience
Record Management: creates, organizes, and maintains all learning objects, training sessions, educational records, and reporting for inclusion within Learn@Cox, and maintains and revises all training documents, records, evaluations, and certifications for team members; plus coordinate recertifications, updates, etc., as appropriate
Needs Assessment: collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance gaps within Fleet Services, and conducts analysis and observations to gather insights into learner requirements
Curriculum Design: designs and develops curriculum, course outlines, and instructional plans that link learning objectives with organizational goals. Organizes content into logical sequences and selects appropriate instructional strategies and resources to support learning outcomes
Instructional Material Development: creates instructional materials and resources; including presentations, guidebooks, job aids, and multimedia content to support teaching and learning activities. Develops interactive eModules, videos, simulations, or other multimedia assets to boost learner engagement and retention
Instructional Strategy Selection: selects and applies effective instructional strategies and learning theories to design engaging and impactful learning experiences. Considers factors such as learner characteristics, learning styles, and the intended learning outcomes when designing instructional activities
Technology Integration: integrates technology tools and digital resources into instructional design to enhance learning experiences. Leverages our internal learning management system, authoring tools, multimedia software, and educational apps to deliver content, facilitate communication, and track progress
Assessment and Evaluation: develops assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learner progress and assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and strategies. Designs summative assessments, analyzes assessment data, and uses feedback to refine instructional design and improve learner outcomes
Professional Development: stays updated on facilitation trends and instructional design best practices through professional development activities such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and online courses. Networks with other professionals in the field to share knowledge and expertise
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates with subject matter experts, Learning and Performance Solutions team members, and other stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning experiences. Communicates timelines, milestones, and updates to stakeholders and actively seeks feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and learner needs

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years of facilitation and instructional design experience with proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Vyond, Articulate (Rise, Storyline), Canva, SmartSheet, Collosyan
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Training and Development, Educational Technology, Instructional Design (ID), Business Administration, or related fields preferred
Diverse portfolio of accomplishments using learning technologies; including instructor-led, web-based delivery, and personal devices (iPhone, iPad, tablet, laptop). Candidates will be expected to provide a portfolio of their instructional design work
Experience in the creation and maintenance of learning objects in a learning management system (LMS)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of implementation while adhering to timelines, strict quality standards, and a strong attention to detail
Must have experience creating and owning a full start-to-finish training program
Candidate enjoys working in a high energy and fast paced group

Performs duties of the Fleet Operations Manager in their absence.
DUTIES:
Preventative maintenance (“PM”): change oil, fuel filter, transmission flush and inspection of vehicle for mechanical deficiencies. Perform light repairs as required DOT Inspections and follow up repairs on light and medium vehicles in a mobile/field environment
Perform minor adjustments and repairs on various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Steering systems, Engines, Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.
Diagnose, adjust, repair various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Engines, Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.
Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.

Support Mobile Light/Medium Technicians I, II, & Sr. in inventory reconciliation.
Mentor Mobile Light/Medium Technicians I, II & Sr. on best practices and techniques to stay within or close to most Standard Repair Times.
Assist Fleet Operations manager with Quality Control Inspections on work performed by other Mobile Light/Medium Technicians
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience. The right candidate could also have a
different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience; or 9 years' experience in a related field
Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
This position follows regulations issued by the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Candidate must be able to successfully complete and pass a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical prior to employment.

Job Description
A Sr. Mobile Inspector functions as an advanced member of the Manheim mobile inspections team for a designated region with the primary responsibilities of conducting vehicle condition inspections a client's lot. Their core skill is to provide accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition within the parameters of a Manheim inspection. This position will build trust with clients, engage to help them see the value in the Manheim Marketplace, and to request more inventory to be inspected by providing quality and timely inspections.
As a Sr Mobile Inspector, this role is expected to work with little guidance and can solve problems with minimal oversight. They will assist with junior inspectors as they gain inspection experience and build client relationships.
Primary Duties & Key Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection at an expert level.
Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer/clients' lot safely.
Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system to correct VIN, mileage, and sub series.
Inspect vehicle equipment and options, documenting results including damage, missing or inoperable items.
Inspect and record vehicle exterior condition, including but not limited to tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components.
Inspect and record the vehicle interior condition, including but not limited to seats, dashboard, and options.
Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.
Will assist lower-level mobile inspectors to navigate more complex inspections and client relationships.
Prepare and provide daily activity reports for management.
Be able to pivot and adapt to changes in daily appointments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of each dealer visit
Develop strong knowledge of clients in territory and work together with partners to keep them active with Manheim mobile inspections through regular, pro-active on lot engagement
Receive data and insight from partners and leverage to maximize volume of units inspected on dealer lots.
Represent Cox Automotive as a brand ambassador to provide premier client experience by interfacing regularly core clients and ensuring satisfaction.
Functions as a solid team player and works closely with the Wholesale Specialist team, peers, other Manheim workgroups and auctions.

Required Experience & Specialist Knowledge and Skills

Job Summary
The Portfolio Manager manages and grows a portfolio of dealer clients across the assigned Baltimore/DC territory with lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M within an assigned geographic territory. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, optimizing the portfolio through the clients' use of the line of credit, identifying and mitigating pre-default account risk, and supporting post-default collections on defaulted accounts. The geographic territory assigned will be in the Atlanta Northwest area.

Responsibilities
Optimize each client's use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio whose lines of credit range from $50,000 to $2,500,000 by acting as floor plan subject matter expert to their portfolio of clients.
Achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company by regularly engaging with clients in person or virtually by collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth and risk mitigation.
Educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.
Collect and analyze client financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance and address with the dealer as appropriate to drive growth and manage risk.
Utilize company provided historical data and tools to identify targets for opportunity of growth and determine clients that are having financial distress.
Collaborate and strategize with Risk and Recovery department with pre-default risk mitigation and post default collection efforts on defaulted accounts within a specified timeframe. Minimize loss and maximize recovery.
Physical inspection of inventory, and accuracy of audits and repossession as necessary. Inspect what is expected to ensure quality control, inventory, audit self- reconciliation, addition of inventory and buying behaviors.
Serve as a fiduciary for the company including identifying and reporting to the company any material client or internal non-compliance with company policies, attempted or actual fraud upon the company or any other circumstance that may require identification and reporting to protect the company.
Operate with the highest level of integrity and always strive to achieve the best outcome for both the clients and our company.
Detailed documentation in Salesforce all prudent conversations, activities and client interactions as required by the company KPI's. Complete all Salesforce campaigns as required by the company.
Responsible for onboarding new clients to ensure a positive and successful client experience.
Cultivate Cox Automotive cross functional business unit relationships and opportunities.
Participate and support other projects and initiatives as required.

Education and Experience:
BA/BS with 4+ yeas related experience in finance, client facing, customer service, B2B, account management and/ or collections required. Candidate can also have a combination of a MS degree and 2+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Automotive and/or floorplan industry background preferred.
Financial knowledge and acumen preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to visit clients at least 60% of the time with occasionally required overnight travel.
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
Valid driver's license is required for this position.

Duties:
Lead a team of 15+ technicians, provide leadership and guidance to deliver company results.
Meet one-on-one with direct reports to provide coaching and mentoring and help them find solutions.
Retrieve, review, and monitor metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and/or training or safety records as needed to analyze team productivity reports and follow up with technicians as necessary to make recommended changes to improve maintenance and repair efficiency.
Travel to technician and customer locations frequently.

Requirements

Job Description
The Regional EHS Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes across the assigned region. This role helps drive a culture of caring and accountability among team members, clients/customers, and vendor partners by working closely with site and market leadership, as well as both office and field-based personnel (including mobile technicians).

A Fixed Site Inspector I functions as a member of the Manheim Mobile Inspections team for a designated region with the primary responsibilities of conducting vehicle condition inspections on a client's lot. Will work closely with more senior mobile inspectors and mobile inspections management while they expand their inspection skills and gain a better understanding of the role.

You'll get your hands dirty serving as a mid-level auto tech performing medium-duty work. Other responsibilities include:
Providing highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
Performing diagnostics which may include brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability and complete repairs.
Performing advanced diagnostics, which may include charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems and complete repairs.
Completing mechanical inspection including required measurements, which may include interior/exterior components, engine and drive line components, under hood inspection and document deficiencies.
Complying with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash.
May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
Utilizing approved vendors to obtain parts.
May be required to perform OEM recalls.

Required:
3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 when required by leadership.

The Role
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager- Lifestyle & Entertainment to lead Sparklight's portfolio of add-on services that enhance and enrich the customer experience. This includes our video and streaming strategy and value-added services like TechAssist (premium support), warranties, cybersecurity, and other products.
This role is equal parts strategic leader and hands-on builder. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, digital, billing, and external partners to design, launch, and optimize offerings that reduce churn, grow ARPU, and keep customers engaged with Sparklight beyond their core internet service.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Lifestyle & Entertainment product portfolio, including:
Video and streaming strategy (e.g. streaming credits, OTT bundles, IPTV alternatives).
Lifestyle add-ons like TechAssist, warranties, cybersecurity, etc.
Define the product vision, roadmap, and business cases for new offerings and enhancements.
Drive customer adoption through clear value propositions, pricing, packaging, and bundling with broadband and mobile.
Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, CX, Billing, Engineering) to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
Manage vendor/partner relationships (Asurion, MyBundle, OTT content providers).
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and financial performance to refine strategy.
Establish and track KPIs (attach rates, ARPU uplift, churn reduction, customer satisfaction).
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring products deliver measurable value and a differentiated experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in telecommunications, consumer tech, or digital media.
Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products with measurable financial and customer impact.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; able to build business cases and manage P&L levers.
Experience working with external partners/vendors and managing complex relationships.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
Passion for entertainment, streaming, and digital lifestyle products.
