Major Duties and Responsibilities: Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems Install and update company hardware as needed Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Office365 and other software applications Assist in improving IT department technologies Assist with onboarding of new employees Give best practice advice to employees for how to best use their technology Provide backup support for other team members Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for technical issues General customer service experience Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
