Responsibilities: • Execute the entry of traffic materials for marketing assets with high accuracy while providing exceptional customer service to clients, agencies, and TEGNA stakeholders. • Retrieve necessary information regarding traffic instructions and materials, view materials for quality control, and ensure material locations on the material server and in WideOrbit are up-to-date and accurate. • Ensure marketing materials are received and logs are completed by the daily log deadline. • Work closely with internal regional marketing directors, marketing producers, commercial production personnel, and stakeholders professionally and respectfully. • Monitor station marketing contracts to ensure copy is up-to-date and accurate. • Proactively identify inventory gaps and opportunities to support marketing goals. • Process same-day log and playlist changes if necessary and ensure all materials are accurate. • Build and maintain relationships with the TEGNA Commercial Operations (TCO) teams and TEGNA Stream Center (TSC). • Manage manual inventory log changes through TSC using the Pulse platform. • Work with the Regional Marketing Director to determine and identify monthly priority marketing assets. • Maintain monthly priority and evergreen marketing asset fill lists for TSC and the Regional Marketing Directors. • Work with the Regional Marketing Directors to manage, integrate, and implement sales/promotion assets effectively. • Coordinate with the TCO team to add or reduce marketing inventory across markets. • Troubleshoot and resolve WideOrbit system issues and provide guidance to staff on best practices. • Perform additional duties as determined by the Director of Inventory & Operations. Digital Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Directors, Marketing Producers to ensure digital assets are valid and up-to-date. • Assist in developing workflows that integrate linear and digital systems. • Deliver feedback on process improvement to manager and director levels regularly. • Continuously receive feedback from the marketing team on processes and tools for improvement. • Traffic TEGNA local marketing assets to TEGNA's digital product line. • Perform additional duties as determined by the Director of Inventory & Operations. Reporting & Analysis • Generate and analyze as-run inventory reports to optimize marketing inventory. • Collaborate with Reginal Marketing Directors, Marketing Producers, and TEGNA Marketing stakeholders to gather and run needed marketing asset reporting. • Perform additional duties as determined by the Director of Inventory & Operations.
