Benefits are good, nice building, they try very hard to retain their staff, and have one of the best employee retention rates in Phoenix

Low pay, lack of appreciation for some top performers, favoritism toward employees that don't deserve as much recognition as they get. Too much negative or unnecessary feedback, and done in a public setting . Too little positive feedback for great performance, and never done publicly. It's a popularity contest
