Pros

Benefits are good, nice building, they try very hard to retain their staff, and have one of the best employee retention rates in Phoenix

Cons

Low pay, lack of appreciation for some top performers, favoritism toward employees that don't deserve as much recognition as they get. Too much negative or unnecessary feedback, and done in a public setting . Too little positive feedback for great performance, and never done publicly. It's a popularity contest

Benefits

The dental insurance is amazing

Pros

They are extremely thoughtful. I believe happy employees mean happier customers, and so does the leadership at Sparklight.

Cons

There is nothing to complain about. Work is a challenge no matter what and if it were not a challenge I would not be satisfied either.

Benefits

The care and thought put into employee satisfaction through perks, amenities, and effectiveness.
