We are seeking Experienced Tower Technicians to join our dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in the safe and efficient installation, construction, and maintenance of wireless communication towers and related infrastructure. This is a physically demanding role that involves climbing towers exceeding 300 feet, frequent travel, and working outdoors in a variety of conditions. Primary Responsibilities: Climb communication towers and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at elevations exceeding 300 feet. Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts, grounding, and other wireless equipment. Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work. Operate rigging and hoisting equipment and ensure safe lifting practices. Complete job site documentation, including photos, safety checklists, and close-out reports. Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions. Follow all OSHA, industry, and company safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance. Maintain clear communication with project managers, foremen, and field supervisors. Requirements: Comfortable working at heights and in extreme environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain). Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within a defined timeframe. Must be able to travel Nationwide for extended periods (70% or more of the time, including overnights). Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Valid driver's license with no history of DUI or major traffic violations. Excellent mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work long shifts on remote job sites. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. The Tower Technician is responsible for the onsite installation, repair and maintenance of tower in a specific geographic region, including but not limited to site safety, tower maintenance/repair, site field reports, and other duties as required to properly maintain and operate the site within the contractual requirements. They work as part of a team and under the supervision of a foreman and will be required to work in the field under various conditions. Responsibilities Install, erect, maintain, repair, inspect, remove, or retrofits towers and antenna systems sometimes under adverse conditions (e.g., high towers, inclement weather, remote sites, etc.) throughout the nation. Assist in installation of fiber and transmission lines, as well as power trunk lines. Operate construction equipment, inspect guy wire anchors, load/unload communications equipment and supplies. Install/remove communications equipment using safety equipment and hand tools. Fabricate tower hardware and accessories to maintain, repair, and retrofit towers and antenna systems to support communication system operation using fixed and portable power tools and equipment. Maintain all tools, vehicles and equipment normally assigned to this function. This includes loading, transporting, and unloading of tools and materials in a safe manner. Ensure all company safety procedures are followed to include proper use of safety equipment. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Foreman or management.

Our Ohio team has multiple openings for experienced tower climbers and top hands at its shop in Mount Vernon, Ohio. As a tower technician, you will work as part of a climbing crew performing tower operations, sweep testing, tower maintenance and installation, coaxial and antenna installation and required RF testing, and other similar tasks in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines. As a tower technician, you will work at heights up to 500 feet, performing manual labor in outdoor environments. What We Need from You To thrive in this role, you must be able to travel Monday through Friday, with some overnight and weekend work required. Frequent overtime should be expected.
