Summary
The Security Supervisor will assist the Casino Security Shift Manager with Security personnel, law enforcement agencies and local partners as requested. The Casino Security Supervisor will perform all duties in accordance with Security Department policies and procedures. They will establish proper deployment strategies, supervise their personnel and monitor the performance of personnel under their span of control.

* Supervise Security and Dispatch Officers while ensuring they comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
* Proactively recognize and manage emergency situations.
* Render appropriate first aid to injured persons and follow established protocol for reporting injuries.

* Follow directions and/or orders from supervisory personnel, particularly during an active shooter, assault or other similar situation.
* Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons.
* Ethically lead the organization with methods and actions that fully comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Identify potential compliance risks and take necessary actions to eliminate or minimize them.

* Train, engage, mentor and support personnel.
