CACI is looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Specialist and Trainer to join the WBSCM Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to design, develop, and deliver training solutions for a large-scale SAP program at a federal civilian agency (USDA).

Key responsibilities include:
Create SAP course curriculum(s) and training materials for maintenance and enhancement releases, and for special projects, as required; develop comprehensive end user training plan and curriculum.
Conduct upfront gap analysis as well as ongoing training needs assessment and evaluation; devise training design and content authoring approaches, determine training delivery methods and propose solutions.
Develop and provide technical SAP and business process end-user training:
Develop SAP work instructions, quick reference guides, job aides, and other presentation materials to supplement end-user training.

Interview Subject Matter Experts to collect necessary information to design and develop blended learning solutions.
Conduct/support recurring Knowledge Transfer sessions for Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk staff on the new solutions.
Provide end-user instructor-led training delivery and/or knowledge transfer sessions/webinars of the new solutions to customers, through in-person or virtual platforms; train-the-trainer, as needed.
Support communication activities, as needed, related to the system solution, such as release notes and knowledge base articles, and content for End-User facing websites/portals.
Ensure all end user documentation meets US Federal and Program Accessibility guidelines and requirements (WCAG 508 compliance).
Support WBSCM usability and user experience initiatives and ensure it aligns with training solutions and documentation.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
8 or more years of experience developing and delivering training for SAP implementations.
5 or more years of hands-on experience with training tools such as uPerform or Enable Now.
Strong instructional system design (ISD) and analysis experience.
Experience with multiple full ERP software development lifecycle.
Strong curriculum design and development experience in an ERP training environment, preferably within the local, state or federal sector or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
Strong technical documentation experience and attention to detail; excellent writing, proofreading and solid layout skills to develop training course materials.
Ability to design/develop detailed Work Instructions, Step-by-step procedures, Videos, Simulations, and quick reference guides/job aides.
Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ERP environment.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written and verbal communications.
Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, under minimal direction.
Public Trust clearance must be obtainable.
Bachelor's Degree in a recognized training instructional design learning technology, technical, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Content Facilitator (CF) will be responsible for preparing and executing key corps member sessions throughout Pre-Service and ensuring corps members are developing the knowledge, skills, and orientations across the entire arc of learning specific to content and pedagogy. Content Facilitators will observe and support corps member development by facilitating learning spaces, observing lesson rehearsals and practices, and, in some cases, observing live teaching (where allowed). Content Facilitators are responsible for understanding and making connections across the entire Corps Member (CM) Pre-Service experience. Content Facilitators will work in partnership with Teacher Leadership Facilitators(TLFs) to support the development of Corps Member learning and may partner with the Regional Community Chair (RCCs) or Corps Member Coaches to ensure Corps Members' needs are met. Content Facilitators will be managed by Content Coordinators (CCs), who support them with content area development, facilitation, and implementation of the program.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Spring Training
Internalize, prepare, rehearse, and act on the feedback for corps member sessions, including core content and pedagogy sessions and other related sessions (ex., any preparation or rehearsal spaces)
Meet ongoing with the Content Coordinator as well as other Content Facilitators to build strong and supportive relationships, check progress on spring responsibilities, plan and rehearse programming, engage in feedback conversations, and more
Utilize and support others in their engagement of the systems and structures needed to achieve outcomes (i.e., email, Docebo, Slack, incident reports, etc.)
Complete 30-40 hours of asynchronous learning modules
Engage in regular synchronous, virtual training experiences with your Content Coordinator starting April 20th, including 1:1 check-ins and role-specific meetings
Build an understanding of the Content Facilitator's role in supporting Teacher Leadership programming and outcomes
Corps Member Training and Practicum
Prepare and facilitate core content and pedagogy sessions, leading Corps Members to build knowledge, skills, and orientations as it relates to content and pedagogy, including making connections to developing teacher leaders
Build understanding of Corps Member development through introducing and facilitating andragogy, such as micro-teaches, rehearsals, video screening sessions, and more
Adapt and implement routine collaborative planning spaces that respond to emerging Corps Member needs and trends
Collaborate with other staff members, including the Content Coordinator, other Content Facilitators, as well as Teacher Leadership Facilitators, Regional Community Chairs, and Corps Member coaches, to maintain a cohesive Corps Member development program, reporting any missed assignments or escalating any other concerns that contribute to aligned solutions and Corps Member support

A WEEK IN THE LIFE
Over any week, the content facilitator will spend time:
Building on one's understanding of teacher leadership to support CF and CM development
Making connections with CFs to illustrate how content sessions directly relate to Teacher Leadership sessions
Practicing or Internalizing session materials
Consistently utilizing org-wide systems and structures (i.e., email, Docebo, Slack, incident reports, etc.) to stay aware of important updates and announcements
Delivering synchronous content to a cohort of teachers
Modeling belonging and identity-affirming leadership practices
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required
At least 4 years of teaching experience
At least 2-3 years working with novice teachers in a facilitation, development, coaching, or support role, specifically focused on their instructional practice
Strong knowledge and understanding of instructional practice in your content area, as well as a commitment to developing a nuanced and rigorous understanding of how the instructional practice lives out in the Pre-Service context
Demonstrated commitment to engaging in personal reflection, giving and receiving feedback, and identifying and responding to trends
Demonstrated ability to support the development of others through feedback, modeling, rehearsing, debriefing conversations, and leading development opportunities
Ability to synthesize multiple arcs of learning and frameworks, such that learning is concrete and applicable for Corps Members

Adeptness with Zoom and other virtual platforms

YOUR COMPENSATION
The Content Facilitator role is compensated at $31.15 per hour throughout the entire commitment. Compensation for all Pre-Service positions is competitive and determined based on role responsibilities.
DURATION
The start date for the Content Facilitator role is April 6, 2026, and it ends on July 25, 2026. During the first two weeks, you will spend time onboarding to our systems and familiarizing yourself with our systems. Part-time Staff Training for this role begins the week of April 20th. The DOL VETS TAP program is in need of a skilled and compassionate **Facilitator** who has prior experienceteaching and/or instructing military personnel transitioning to civilian professional and vocational occupations.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Teach and/or instruct military personnel transitioning to civilian professional and vocational occupations
+ Guide transitioning military service members in identifying goals along with recognizing any employment or education gaps
+ Provide transitioning service members (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities and credentialing
+ Assist in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools
+ Conduct small and large group instruction on the job search process
+ Deliver standardized curriculum via in-person or virtual classrooms
+ Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner to include travel expense and classroom reports
**Additional information:**
+ Facilitator will be assigned to a location within a hub that has designated satellite locations
+ Any facilitation assignment that is greater than 50 miles from facilitator's assigned location, then, travel will be reimbursed
+ 80 hours of paid comprehensive initial training is provided and expected to be completed within the first month of employment
+ Part-time facilitators' schedules can vary weekly. Generally, facilitators work 2 - 3 days consecutively
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ A High School Diploma and 3 years of experience as a professional trainer, facilitator, and/or classroom instructor
+ OR an Associate's degree
+ Experience as a classroom instructor
+ Experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes
+ Must be knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs
+ Must demonstrate the ability to provide standardized training to groups with up to 50 participants
+ Familiar with MS Windows and Office
+ Effectively communicate with Military clients and Government representatives

TFA Community Conversation Facilitators are responsible for facilitating belonging-focused conversations over food in-person with groups of ~10 1st and 2nd year corps members.
