The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Engineer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will coordinate with the Government and the ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as CACI's selected automated network discovery tool. You will participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to make key decisions impacting execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system and project and to facilitate any required policy changes. You will then implement, configure, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM with an integration to Axonius. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.

15+ Years relevant development experience (a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
Broad technical background to include prior experience developing in Java or another programming language.
Experience creating IRE reconciliation policies and business rules.
Must have both active certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator & Certified ServiceNow Developer
Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, AngularJS, NodeJS and/or JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Linux administration
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
Must have a DoD 8570 certification (Security) or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Our team provides customers with support Special Mission Aircraft (SMA) heavy maintenance and modifications. This business area focuses on the support, design, analysis, modification, integration, ground and flight testing, airworthiness certification, and logistics support of airborne ISR platforms that are primarily highly modified commercial-derivative aircraft. Role and Responsibilities:
The Principal MechanicalEngineer should have knowledge of and experience with aircraft structural design/analysis as well as the various military, space, or aerospace standards commonly used in the defense and aerospace realm.
Familiar with aircraft maintenance and modification operations.
Provide liaison support and develop detailed structural analyses in support of drawing release or aircraft repairs including but not limited to free body diagrams, internal or external loading and calculation of internal stresses. These analyses will be in support of Material Review Board (MRB), Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) and fleet management activities.
Knowledge of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), Large Transport Aircraft Structural Design Criteria, nonstandard repairs, and equivalent strength analysis.
Provide technical guidance to liaison engineers in the design and substantiation of aircraft structural modification integration and/or repairs.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a team player, and possess the ability to research and effectively resolve technical issues both independently and as part of a large multi-disciplined team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills to coordinate with a variety of disciplines are also essential.
