Key Responsibilities: Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making. Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products and reports. Integrate data from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to produce comprehensive assessments. Support ISR targeting development and operational planning efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, operators, and mission planners, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them. Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines. Qualifications Required Qualifications: MS/MA and +12 Years or BS/BA with +17 years of Experience Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. Experience Level: Senior-level experience in All Source Analysis, with a proven track record of supporting ISR operations. Education: Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion. Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations. Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes. Skills: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting the 480 ISRW or similar ISR organizations. Knowledge of ISR targeting development and operational-level intelligence planning. Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
