Pros of working at CACO PACIFIC
Profit sharing back in the 80's and 90's. After the owners sold the company to the employees that's when they we robbed.
Cons of working at CACO PACIFIC
They don't take care of the talent. They think that they're the best place to work for. Back in the day when mold makers would do anything to work there that was true. But today they've lost all their talent.
CACO PACIFIC benefits
My favorite perks were profit sharing statements at the end of the year. But now that they're ESOP company they don't give any more bonuses because they say they continue to lose money

Thom Williams and Robert Hoffman has ran that place into the ground

I wouldn't even attempt to. That place is a sinking ship. Let's just call it the Titanic.
