Not much to look forward to much any more. It use to be a good company. Use to be a lot of proud people working here that really cared. Not so much these days.
The management has gone to shit. A bunch of the kiss ass buddy system shit. And usually if you don’t get along they will try to get rid of you automatically without hearing you out thinking It’s you and not upper management seen it go on for years.
Days off and getting what u could call bonuses I guess of that’s what u wanna call them after they tax the crap out of it.
Hard work. Earned my money.
Long hours away from family.
Working in the field on the rigs.
Really good starting pay. Mostly good schedule. Good crew to work on.
