Attending pre-shift meetings to stay informed and prepared; Must arrive “Member Ready”; Timely, Prepared, Hygienic, and ready to service Members and their respective Guests. Comply with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Verifying the accuracy of all charges on checks and Member Name and Number, presenting checks professionally. Attentively, and cooperatively completes all opening, on-shift, and closing side work duties or other duties, as assigned by leadership. Other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to frequently lift objects up to 50lbs; Occasionally maneuver objects up to 164lbs (Kegs). Capability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and reach; Capability to perform continuous repetitive motions. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the nature of Oakmont Country Club's demands. General working knowledge of Bar Service & Etiquette, Mixology, Wine, Beer, Liquor, and Food Service. RAMP Certification (Required - 30 Days after Hire). Exceptional communication skills to ensure effective coordination in a dynamic work environment. Friendly and cooperative demeanor to engage seamlessly with Members, Guests, and Staff. Demonstrate ability to remain calm and professional in a face-paced work setting. Previous bartending and Northstar (POS) experience is a plus.
