* Execute front office duties to provide customers with requested information regarding the training process (schedules, changes, etc.) and logistics (hotel, transport, visa) or any other issue that our customers can reasonably request
* Prepare client's materials for course delivery by: Ordering/printing required course documentation for clients.
* Ensure facilities are ready, prepared and organized in support of training delivery

Summary
Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Assembles machined and bought parts.

Core responsibilities will include the development of installation and secure configuration procedures for hypervisors (e.g. Hyper-V, VMware, etc.), operating systems (Linux and Windows), frameworks (such as .NET), network switches, and KVMs, as well as COTS and custom developed applications. Other responsibilities will include development and integration of standardized embedded solutions using various interfacing protocols. Developed products will provide a consistent, stable, and secure environment to support simulation software solutions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
B.S. degree in appropriate engineering discipline (preferably Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
Working knowledge of DoD IA regulations
Security + or equivalent IA certification preferred
Prior experience in operating system setup and updates to apply patches to mitigate Information Assurance Vulnerabilities.

Experience working with multiple types of operating systems. (Linux, Windows)
Experience writing detailed operating system, and application installation instructions

Experience setting up up and securing network hardware (ie switches, NATs, routers etc)
Experience researching and installing boundary defense mechanisms such as firewalls, network Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), routers, and managed switches.
Experience researching and installing EPO virus protection software and firewalls
Experience reviewing program requirements and define the steps needed for meeting them. Including applicable Information Assurance regulations.
Experience applying computer changes to comply with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Work closely with Integration Specialists assigned to programs to define required tasks to be accomplished to meet contract requirements.

Summary
The addition of an Engineering Resource Planning Administrator is essential to optimize our project planning and ensure efficient allocation of our engineering talent. This role will work with Chief Engineering to compile engineering demand and enter the demand in the resource planning tool. You will work with functional managers to ensure resources are allocated based on demand. The role will coordinate with multiple engineering organizations with diverse perspectives. The role will centralize resource scheduling, identify resource conflicts, and improve project delivery timelines to support our business growth objectives.
