* Provide lab maintenance/engineering support during program Hardware/Software Integration (HSI).
* Able to diagnose and troubleshoot network/computer systems.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
* Will be working in areas with the risk of electrical shock, near moving mechanical parts driven by hydraulics under high pressure and in high precarious places.
* Will, at times, be exposed to the following environmental conditions: extreme cold or heat, outdoor weather, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noises.
* Must be familiar on the use of PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment)
* This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
* Must be able to work in confined spaces for long periods

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, Change-Incident-Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Release Management, GRC, or Vendor Risk Management.
Experience in working on RESTful web services, Linux and scripting platforms and technical audit platforms is preferred
Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) domain for both on-prem and SaaS software platform, USU, SNOW License Manager or Client Asset Manager
