Thomas R. Reeg is Chief Executive Officer of Caesars Entertainment. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. since January 2019 and was instrumental in spearheading the acquisition of Caesars Entertainment Corporation in 2020. Mr. Reeg served as President of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. since September 2014, at which time he was also appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. He also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since March 2016. Mr. Reeg’s involvement with the Company dates back to 2007 when he joined the Board of Managers of Eldorado Resorts LLC. Recognized and respected as a leading industry strategist, Mr. Reeg was instrumental in negotiating, structuring and financing the Company’s growth strategy, including its acquisition of Eldorado Shreveport in 2005, its merger with MTR Resorts in 2014, and its subsequent accretive acquisitions, including the 2017 acquisition of Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., the acquisition of Grand Victoria Casino in Elgin, Illinois and the acquisition of Tropicana Entertainment in 2018. He was also instrumental in forging strategic agreements with The Cordish Companies to develop a new world-class, mixed-use entertainment and hospitality destination in Pompano, Florida, and William Hill PLC whereby William Hill US serves as Eldorado’s exclusive sports betting operator for a period of 25 years. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Reeg was a Managing Director and portfolio manager at AIG Global Investment Group (“AIG”), from 2002-2005 where he was responsible for co-management of the high-yield mutual fund portfolios. Prior to his role at AIG, Mr. Reeg was a senior high-yield research analyst covering various sectors, including the casino, lodging and leisure sectors, at Bank One Capital Markets. Mr. Reeg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Stephanie Lepori is Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer of Caesars Entertainment. Ms. Lepori’s proven leadership and financial management skills played a significant role in the execution of growth initiatives of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. and the acquisition of Caesars Entertainment Corporation.

Ms. Lepori has more than two decades of experience in finance and gaming and has been with the company since 1995 beginning with the opening of Silver Legacy Casino Resort in Reno. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Lepori began her career with Arthur Anderson LLP in Las Vegas.

Ms. Lepori has a passion for community work and has served on a number of charitable boards. She currently serves on the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Board of Directors and Renown Health’s Compliance and Audit Committee and their Hometown Health Insurance Board of Directors. Ms. Lepori earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Nevada Society of CPAs.

Josh Jones is a Chief Marketing Officer at Caesars Entertainment and Senior Vice President Operations at ELDORADO RESORTS, INC. and is based in Reno, Nevada. He studied at Copenhagen Business School between 2005 and 2005; University of Nevada, Reno between 2002 and 2007; and University of Nevada, Reno between 2010 and 2012.

Anthony Carano is President and Chief Operating Officer of Caesars Entertainment. Prior to the acquisition, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. As the grandson of Don Carano, the founder and patriarch of Eldorado Resorts, Anthony is proud to carry on the family legacy. He continues to be a champion of the philosophy started by his grandfather - to treat every guest and team member like family.

Before joining the Eldorado team, Mr. Carano was an attorney at the Nevada law firm of McDonald Carano Wilson, LLP. His practice was primarily devoted to transactional, gaming and regulatory law. In September 2014, he joined Eldorado Resorts as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company. In May 2017, he was named the Chief Operation Officer of Eldorado Resorts, Inc.

He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Bret Yunker is Chief Financial Officer of Caesars Entertainment. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Eldorado Resorts, Inc. since May 2019, before the acquisition of Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Mr. Yunker is responsible for all of the Company’s financial and treasury functions including financial reporting, bank relationships, conducting internal and industry analysis to support the Company’s goals for growth, investor relations, and M&A activity. In addition, department leadership of strategy business services & IT, tax, procurement, data analytics and design & construction will report into Mr. Yunker.

Mr. Yunker brings more than twenty years of gaming industry investment banking experience to his position, most recently serving as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in its Real Estate Investment Banking group with primary coverage responsibility for the domestic & international gaming industry. In this role, he worked with clients across several sectors within the gaming industry, including casino operators, gaming equipment and system suppliers, REITs, lottery service providers and online gaming companies.

Mr. Yunker began his banking career in 1998, serving for fourteen years in various investment banking roles including as Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His work with clients over the last twenty years includes broad geographic coverage including North America, Europe, Asia and other emerging markets.

Mr. Yunker’s proven financial expertise and extensive industry relationships are an invaluable asset to Caesars as we seek to continue to build value for our shareholders.

Edmund L. Quatmann, Jr., is Chief Legal Officer of Caesars Entertainment. He served as Chief Legal Officer for Eldorado Resorts since May 2017, before the acquisition of Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Mr. Quatmann previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. since July 2011 and July 2008 respectively, and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for iPCS, Inc., a telecommunications company.

He also worked in corporate and securities practice in the Chicago office of Mayer Brown LLP. Mr. Quatmann is a graduate of Purdue University and received his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
