We are looking for a Busser for the PUB 365 Restaurant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Polishing and rolling silverware. Stocking expo line and coolers. Maintaining a clean environment. Answering questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation. Memorizing and promoting daily specials. Delivering food to the correct guest in a timely manner. Ensuring the guest needs are met, including keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and checking back with guests during their meal.
