Dealer Functions: Deals assigned game according to procedure. Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure. Informs the Floorperson of any requests or unusual play. (hourly wage increased by .25 cent per game for gaming proficiency in dealing Craps and Roulette) $24.00 per hour - Supplementing the difference between the toke rate and the Dual Rate Supervisor hourly rate for shifts worked as a Dual Rate Supervisor. Example: A Dual Rate Supervisor has a pay rate of $24.00. Their Dealer base rate is $7.20 with a $19.00 toke rate for that pay period, which creates a $26.20 hourly rate. That Dual Rate Supervisor will receive a supplement of $2.20 per hour for their Dual Rate shifts during that pay period. The supplement only applies to actual hours worked. This will not be taken from the token pool. If the Dual Rate Supervisor pay rate is equal to or higher than the total hourly rate (base + tokes), there will be no supplement required.
