    The National Sales Manager - Caesars Entertainment will have responsibility for supporting the Meeting and Convention Sales team in achieving the company's financial goals through business discovery, contract negotiation, customer engagement and client experiences. This will include soliciting and solidifying business, and the management of customers while they are in Lake Tahoe for site inspections, industry and customer events and/or on-site for their program. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Solicit and solidify business opportunities within your assigned market segment. Conduct site inspections for self as well as team members. Engagement includes initial communication and planning call with client or represented sales manager, details associated with ground transportation, hotel accommodations/upgrades, customized amenities, restaurant and show reservations and any other details that would support a competitively differentiated experience for the customer(s) to help win the business. Document all aspects of the customer's experience in Salesforce including feedback and follow up steps for self or for the respective sales manager. Create opportunities to build stronger relationships with group/meetings customers by entertaining them when they are in Lake Tahoe on business and not necessarily tied to a site inspection. Opportunities may include hosting the guests at a meal or show. Work in conjunction with Meeting Operations to attend pre-cons, plan daily meet and greets and entertainment of customers while on-site for their programs to ensure customer expectations are exceeded to secure the next opportunity. Assist in development and execution of key customer and industry events assigned that take place in Lake Tahoe, such as travel and tradeshow opportunities within our Caesars travel schedule, as well as partnering with our representing Visitors and Convention Authorities/Bureaus. Represent Caesars Entertainment on assigned travel opportunities that represent your market. Effectively communicate property, competitive market and destination updates to Sales Leadership/Property Management to best represent Caesars within our destination. Build strong relationships with meeting operations to further build knowledge of property details and deliver on customer commitments. Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to document all aspects of communication with the customers including site inspection plans, feedback and follow up steps from on-site experiences, preferences and more. Ensure expense reports are completed and submitted by the specific due dates. Established customer base Extensive experience of managing an In-Market sales force working remotely.     This position provides Summit Suite guests with the finest in food, beverage, personal butler/valet services and amenities. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: * Greets all Summit Suite guests upon arrival and explains facilities, services and attractions available for their comfort and pleasure. * Serves meals, tea, hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and other food and beverage items in guests' suites. * Works in conjunction with VIP Services and the Summit Chief Butler and to plan, organize and coordinate cocktail and dinner parties, receptions, entertainment and other special functions and services on request. * Assists guests in unpacking, packing and the selection, care and maintenance of their wardrobe. Coordinates appropriate wardrobe needs, i.e., pressing, dry cleaning, and polishing shoes. * In conjunction with VIP Services, arranges for personal services such as haircutting and styling, manicures, massages, etc. * Remains immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests' needs and expectations. * Coordinates various services by notifying Summit Chief Butler/VIP Services of appropriate times to arrange cleaning, turn-down services, limousine arrangements, etc. * Maintains stock of liquor and bar supplies, hors d'oeuvres, snacks and food items to meet guest needs. * In conjunction with VIP Services, arranges for provision of special services on request such as birthday cakes, special food or beverages, room decorations, etc. * Maintains butler pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition. Reports any deficiencies to Chief Butler or manager, communicates and coordinates corrective action. * Maintains confidentiality of allmatters pertaining to our Summit Suite guests. * Performs duties like washing/polishingsilverware and dishware, ironing, polishing shoes, etc. * May be called upon to leave propertyto shop for specialty items from local merchants. * Never at any time discusses or impliesthe necessity of a tip with our guests. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Minimum two years experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage services. Previous customer service required, with an emphasis in the Hospitality Industry preferred.
