The stock attendant is responsible for gathering parts, sub-assemblies and other materials required for the manufacture of weldments and/or assemblies. This is a Second Shift position with hours from 3:00pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday and overtime as needed.
What You'll Do:
Gathering materials required to manufacture assemblies
Determine requirements and identification of these items using bills of material, routers, check lists, drawings, part numbers and other specifications.
Deliver to designated areas in the plant in accordance with established procedures and instructions
Periodically inventory various material, maintain floor stock levels, and store items as instructed.
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Have ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to withstand long hours of standing, often in hot conditions.

This position is a key element of maintaining a great visitor experience during various activities at RiverScape MetroPark in both the Summer (May-August) and Winter (November-February) seasons and supports Five River's MetroParks mission to provide personal connections with nature. Seasonally, this includes Winter and Summer operations of the RiverScape Café; Winter Operation of the MetroParks Ice Rink; Summer operation of the RiverScape Fountain Snack Bar, Paddling Rentals, RiverScape Fitness and Lunch-time entertainment programming. Duties/Responsibilities

Overview
The Food Service Helper plays a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness within the food service area. They support the kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.70.

Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation tasks such as cutting, slicing, and chopping ingredients.
Help in the cooking and assembly of menu items under the guidance of kitchen staff.
Set up and replenish food stations, ensuring all items are well-stocked and presentable.
Serve food to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food service equipment.
Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as needed.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
Provide assistance to kitchen staff and chefs as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is an asset.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual.
Food handler's certification may be required, depending on local regulations.

What You Will Do:
* Stores, issues and delivers materials, supplies, and equipment; takes inventory in all Par and palmtop areas; and assists with special projects.

* Carries or uses hand truck to convey items from dock area to proper location.
* Enters issues and credits in Meditech and Par Excellence system accurately.
* Keeps Supply Chain Analyst responsible for Storeroom inventory informed of needed supplies.
* Makes spot checks of actual inventory, as requested.
* Accurately fills orders from stock or special order goods to fill requisitions and delivers goods to requesting departments, obtaining signatures for accepted supplies.
* Accurately fills orders for area fire departments and squads.
* Obtains signature for accepted supplies.
* Makes scheduled and unscheduled deliveries to specific departments and/or nursing units.
* Keeps assigned supply areas on nursing units clean and orderly.
* Checks products for expiration dates in Storeroom, Par and Palmtop areas on a monthly basis as well as regular rotation of stock.
What You Will Need:
* High School graduate, or equivalent.
* Demonstrates basic arithmetic and record keeping skills.
* Demonstrates ability to use computer systems and computer workstations.
* Demonstrates willingness to carry wireless phone.
* Must possess a valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operator's license and be insurable under Firelands' auto policy. Employee must provide proof of personal automobile liability insurance coverage upon request.
* Successful completion of a ninety (90) day probationary period.
