THE OPPORTUNITY
Chipotle is building a modern, enterprise-grade Data Science organization focused on reliability, governance, and the delivery of high-impact machine learning solutions. As Senior Manager, Data Science, you will lead a team of data scientists and/or analytics engineers responsible for developing, deploying, and operationalizing production ML models that improve decision-making across Digital, Restaurant Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and the broader enterprise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Data Science team of data scientists and/or analytics engineers.
Partner with the Director of Analytics Engineering to build and execute Chipotle's Data Science strategy, roadmap, operating model, and AI enablement goals.
Support the development and adoption of frameworks, guidelines, and capabilities that enhance Chipotle's readiness for scalable AI integration.

Data Science, MLOps & AI Execution:
Own the complete ML lifecycle-from problem framing through data sourcing, modeling, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Deploy production ML models and implement observability for drift, data quality, concept changes, bias, performance, and SLAs.
Ensure reproducibility through versioning, testing, documentation, and proper model lineage.
Modernize Chipotle's data science capabilities by exploring and evaluating emerging technologies and future platform capabilities, including potential expansion into cloud-native ML platforms.
Support Chipotle's AI enablement efforts by helping evaluate emerging AI capabilities and potential applications.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Required:
8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, or advanced analytics.
3+ years managing or leading data scientists and/or analytics engineers.
Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks.
Experience deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade production ML models.
Strong experience with model lifecycle management, monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility.
Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift modeling, causal inference).
Familiarity with modern data governance/cataloging systems such as Unity Catalog and/or Snowflake Horizon.
Experience with feature store technologies.

Summary of Job Description: The Marketing Fulfillment Representative is responsible for supporting the Marketing Fulfillment Manager and the Panda In-House Agency (PIHA) team in orchestrating the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive growth for Panda Express through fulfillment distribution and marketing inventory management. This position oversees Marketing's inventory program and related marketing operations requests, including forecasting, order management, vendor management, invoicing, coordination with Marketing inventory owners and communications with store operators. This position works closely with the Marketing team, PIHA team and other departments to ensure thorough and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
You'll get a chance to:
* Responsible for the successful execution of the marketing inventory management program to ensure efficient and effective inventory practices.
* Maintain knowledge of inventory items and related warehouse practices to be established as the subject matter expert, communicating status and order plans with inventory owners.
* Identify opportunities to simplify or optimize operations for marketing inventory and fulfillment program.
* Participate in marketing fulfillment initiatives, campaign distribution, e-commerce platform auditing and maintenance, and vendor management and evaluations
* Partner with Fulfillment Manager with periodic reporting and analysis of inventory performance metrics, identify trends and key insights/action steps.
* Share executive summary of findings to ensure team is tracking against full year goals
* Support PIHA team working with Design Project Manager, Production Manager, and Marketing Fulfillment Manager for project intake and coordination
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams involving Marketing, Operations, Warehouse teams, and Partner in their efforts to produce and disseminate new products/projects to Operations within established timelines
* Resolve all questions and assistance requests from store operators regarding marketing collateral and shipments in a timely manner.

As the Brand Manager, Core Menu you will serve a key leader in the management and evolution of Chipotle's core menu. Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
* The busser plays a critical role in assisting servers in providing exceptional service to guest. S/He assists with clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, serving tea, and restocking clean plates, silverware, and glassware.
a) To ensure the guests feel welcome and taken care of; wow them with exceptional services
b) To ensure the smooth turnover of tables, effective clearing and maintenance of tables in a timely manner
Essential functions:
* Clear and reset tables according to specifications of Panda standards. Follow Company procedures & standards for setting tables, i.e. placement of silverware, condiments etc.
* Prepare & serve ice-water and hot tea to guests as soon as the party is seated
* Assist servers in serving guest's order as needed
* Remove plates and silverware from table as guests are finished. Maintain proper table manner, be gentle when serving guests
* Notify server when bringing coffee, or other beverages to tables to ensure proper charges
* Assist servers with monitoring tables for guest satisfaction, quality and additional service
* Informs server of any potential guest issues
* Set up work stations, ensuring that all server supplies, including ice bins, are replenished ready for peak periods
* Ensure that all table linen, silverware, glassware and are clean and in good condition; replace as needed and alert management to any damage. Work diligently to avoid breakage and loss
* Make sure that server station, dining room area is kept clean and free of debris at all times; clean up spills promptly for guests anywhere in dining room
* Maintain restroom cleanliness and restocks when necessary. Maintains dining room and building cleanliness by performing light janitorial duties
* Complete all opening, on-going and closing side work
* Maintain constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons). Reports all safety incidents to manager

The GSA will regularly give suggestions to his/her manager regarding operations. Working and Environmental Conditions
Works indoors and outdoors (patio, for events, or to take trash to the dumpster.)
