the work to pay ratio is more than sufficient
all about pushing product out the door over quality of product
Cafe Valley loves to promote within the company
Leadership can be very supportive.
Management could improve by caring more about their employees and their product instead of worrying so much about sales numbers. Employees have to work in extremely tense conditions due to the unrealistic expectations that are set in regards to unrealistic production demands.
Cafe Valley hires anyone, but my best advice is to ask the important questions and don't let them under sell you because it is a very negative environment
