Job Summary:
The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the wait staff in ensuring efficient service and an exceptional dining experience for guests. This includes clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and assisting with the delivery of food and beverages as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables after guests finish their meals. Reset tables promptly for the next seating.
- Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and other surfaces. Assist with sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills as needed.
- Support Waitstaff: Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, refilling water glasses, and attending to any additional guest needs.

Essential Functions:
