2026 MLB Gameday Compliance Monitor (Seasonal)

The job of the Gameday Compliance Monitor (GCM) is to ensure that all Club Personnel, adhere to all gameday requirements of the Basic Agreement, Major League Rules, and Major League Baseball Regulations, and all related directives of the Commissioner's Office. In this respect, GCM will be assigned to each game of the regular season and Postseason and will be responsible for monitoring and reporting Club compliance with gameday requirements, as well as providing support to the sign stealing and use of electronic devices enforcement program. The GCM will observe and report any issues or possible violations in a timely manner so that the Commissioner's Office can follow up and enforce appropriately.
This is a part-time, seasonal position, based on a market's at-home schedule.
This is a seasonal role that requires regular onsite attendance at the ballpark. MLB does not provide any form of relocation assistance and you will be responsible for your transportation needs. Please apply for positions in the market where you are currently located.

Qualifications and Skills
* Regular availability to attend games in-person as required by the schedule, including weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
* Strong knowledge of baseball and MLB rules
* Familiarity with video/replay hardware and software is preferred
