We're hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to support our PMC export team's customers at PPG. The supervisor will help to supervise a team of export Customer Support Representatives within the Protective and Marine (PMC) division at PPG. You will report to a Customer Service Manager. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train and/or mentor activities of customer service export team as needed.
Assist and respond to escalations of export customer questions and/or complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in management of account load of customers and partner with commercial sales team for growth and success.

This person will serve as Export Control Coordinator (ECC) supporting PMC USCA Segment SBU.
Qualifications
Experience in export compliance and export order management processes
2+ years of customer service supervisory experience preferred
4+ years of customer service supervisory experience for manufacturing clients preferred
Experience with high volume of data entry with low error rate
Oral and written English communication skills

Successful Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
Five or more years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a customer service environment.

Days in AR: Track and evaluate average days in AR to ensure appropriate advanced collection, payment application, efficient and accurate claim filing, and timely back-end billing and claim resolution. Investigate and address any delays or bottlenecks that may be causing extended days in AR.
% AR Over 90 Days: Review and analyze the percentage of AR over 90 days (insurance v. patient) to identify trends or issues requiring attention. Work with the team to reduce the percentage of aged receivables by implementing strategies to resolve outstanding claims and payments.
RCM Ticketing: Review speed and effectiveness of resolution of practice needs, account questions, and communication back to practice and/or patient. Ensure response time follows SLA and appropriately addresses initial ask.
Audit team performance weekly and ensure that all RCM activities are processed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner according to SOP and KPIs per role, holding team members accountable to target metrics.
Develop and enforce procedures for following up on outstanding claims and ensuring payment collection on overdue accounts.
Ensure team is appropriately staffed in relation to volume-based staffing model per pod, and role alignment per team member is positively impacting RCM metrics.

Manages and coordinates the inbound team and inbound/outbound DEA controlled substance operation of a fast paced Distribution Center to ensure all receiving, storing, handling, distribution of controlled substance, and administrative tasks are met according to DEA Regulations.
Controlled Substance Overview:
Ensures Controlled Substances pick slips are checked for completeness and accuracy. Ensures DEA Registration Number is included on every order. Pulls Controlled Substances products from stock for customer orders as pick slips are printed. Compares products to pick slips to ensure proper filling of orders (i.e., product size, strength, dating and unit of sale, quantities) and ensures product is shipped with accompanying literature, brochures, etc. Also ensures product codes and prices match, as well as product descriptions. Packs and prepares Controlled Substances to be shipped using the most economical and safe method of packing available. Ensures products are shipped in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations which includes, but is not limited to, proper labeling and logging of all products classified as hazardous materials. Ensures all orders have been checked for accuracy of picking prior to shipment; brings to the attention of the Distribution Center supervisor or manager, any and all errors relating to customer orders. About this Position:
Credit Acceptance is hiring a Repossession Supervisor to:
Consistently and efficiently lead a team of 8-10 full-time Repossession Specialists to exceed all goals
Effectively coach, mentor, motivate and communicate through change
Actively identify process improvement opportunities (by soliciting team member feedback, job shadowing and by reviewing reporting) and provide feedback to leadership on possible solutions to address the identified opportunities
Support repossession efforts by assisting team members with escalated calls so they can collect money to cancel repossession activities and skip trace to identify the customer and vehicle location
Make effective decisions
Through performance monitoring, the Supervisor will ensure adherence to procedures, policies and company guidelines and initiatives. The Supervisor's primary focus will be to coach team member toward ultimately improving their team's contribution to overall key department performance metrics.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years previous leadership experience or 2 years of experience while in a senior role.

Ability to operate office equipment (copy machines, fax, telephone, and keyboard).
High school diploma or GED
Working Knowledge of MS Office and Internet experience
Previous customer service or collections experience in a call center environment

JOB FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for safely and efficiently executing MPW's operations at specific automotive or environmental job sites. This role may also be responsible for the full life cycle of jobs including planning, organizing and coordinating equipment and personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for coordinating daily work schedules.
2. Responsible for ensuring the completion and the quality of all tasks as established within the language of the work schedules and the completion of special projects as directed by the customer.
3. Responsible for evaluating employee performance, initiates and documents corrective action when appropriate.
4. Responsible for coordinating the location's entire inventory needs, and for interfacing with corporate purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels.

6. Responsible for coordinating daily technician and team leader meetings to inform them of the job safety analysis for the job and leading the discussion of any related topics, i.e. Safety, Operations, Human Resources.

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conducts staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities, plan and assure continuous improvement.
* Effectively keeps senior management and client representatives informed of critical issues that affect the operations
* Ensures the development of systems and procedures for managing operations, equipment, and products in a safe and profitable manner in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals. Complies with terms outlined in the site's operating agreement with the client.
* Implements and reports on-going cost savings measures. Provides ideas and suggestions for more efficient operations.
